Don't go with the ratings. Pics available for this hotel is not accurate. I booked AC deluxe room but I was provided by non AC room (room #106). Worst hotel in Mysore, don't go for it. Uneducated staaf and receptionist, they don't know hindi as well as English. Only God can answer how this hotel got more than 2 rating. Unhygienic, cheap, disgusting interiors. I hope I rate them in negative. No parking as well.

My rate is 3 Star It is a very good and cool hotel to stay with reasonable price (1500 per day AC room). People are very polite. Decent place. Near to Railway, Palace, Art galary and Zoo. Suitable for family too. Morning check in and evening check out is provided which will help a lot and serve the purpose. For this you need to book by contacting them not through Goibibo etc. Rooms are also clean and well maintained. Service is also good. Negative Points- 1) No hot water in evening and night- This is Hotel policy as informed by them. Only after morning 7.00 hot water is available. But in the morning the day I stayed​ boiling water was coming in all the tap from 7 even in hand wash tap and commord flush and cleaner. No normal water can be arranged. When I informed the reception they switched off the hot water then no hot water was available at all. Hope this is temporary problem will be solved soon. 2) If you order extra bed, extra 200 will be charged but blanket will not be provided instead one more bed sheet is given which will not serve the purpose when it is cold. 3) Restaurant in hotel is not good and take very long time to serve even show lack of interest. we need to move outside for food. If this points are not an issue it's really an Good hotel to stay.

Like if mallu tour operators find this place too appealing. Well kept rooms and decent food is guaranteed.. Ohh and really helpful staff too. ( a hot water request made at the middle of the night didn't deter them from attending to my request despite being engrossed in a seemingly serious 'PUBG situation. 😁

very pathetic experience 😡... they don't even fulfill your basic primary needs such as drinking water, tea.... don't have proper supply of cold and warm bathing water. they must need to workout on their cleaning service.. like bathroom are completely suffocated, beds are also dirty. although their breakfast is nice and service is also nice. but other than that everything is completely pathetic. i suggest to everyone please don't go in this residency, it is completely wasted of money. and i also suggest them please work on your hotel...

Staff's behavior is good. The main problem with the hotel is that it has no parking place for 4 wheelers!! You'll have hot water only in the morning that too for 3 hrs, rooms are OK. TV is there but not subscribed !!

No lights, no wifi, no TV, no fridge as claimed by the hotel. Don't ever make the mistake of ordering breakfast at this place, your entire day will be screwed up. It will reach you by lunch time.The location is good, close to the Bus station and shopping centers.

The room is quite big but was dusty. The parking area is so small, only to accommodate 2 cars. The staff and the service they give is good. Overall a below average stay I felt

It was very BAD experience for me.. if you're a couple please don't visit this hotel.. they treat you like some kind of criminal.. service is also very bad. Receptionist was very rude. she doesn't know how to behave with the visitors.. Room was pretty decent..
