Hotel Ranjitha Palace

A very good hotel. Rooms and bed are spacious. Hotel ambience is very good. Located on a busy road but ample parking space is available in adjacent parking lot owned by hotel. 2 restaurants are there, one of which is pure veg.

The service, location, and room cleanliness were all great, and the support staff was really helpful. However, the only issue was with the hot water—they said it would be available 24 hours, but that wasn’t true. Even in the morning, the water wasn’t hot at all. We reported it at night and someone did come to check, but nothing was done. Hot water is a basic expectation, so I hope this gets fixed soon to avoid inconvenience for future guests.

The place is a surprise. Raichur is a small, provincial town and you expect a small provincial hotel. Raichur, however, has a certain bustle to it, and this hotel is trying to be like a big city hotel. Largely, it succeeds. The reception staff look and behave professionally. It has a real lobby with steps up from the street. The rooms are clean, recently decorated and have very comfortable beds. Soap and shampoo are provided. Wi-fi works. It has a restaurant (non-veg) and bar on the rooftop. It has a ground floor veg restaurant which also serves the complimentary breakfast. I had lunch there too and got quite bad food poisoning. If it wasn't for that, I would give this hotel much more than 3/5. So while this hotel is doing very well at being like a good, big city hotel, it does slip up sometimes.

The hospitality and ambiance is great. All veg starters are great. Juices can be better. Services are very good. Mr. Kaushik, and others have done a great job.

Hotel is situated in very nice location. Transport options are easily available. Rooms are good. Value for money. Brindavan restaurant is the best veg restaurant in the surroundings. Nice staffs. Mr. Gaurav served the food neat and clean.

Rooms are good.. we visited gagan rooftop bar for dinner . Ambience is good .. we were seated in the family section.. we ordered chicken hot pan, chicken tokri kabab, egg chilli, fruit punch and sizzling brownie for dessert.. everything was good and worth.. but I felt the rate for sizzling brownie and fruit punch was high.. mr kaushik served us well.. Cons - there was a couple next to us and the guy was smoking which was not so good in family section..

The stay is very good, the rooms are clean and neat, and the food is really good and tasty. Gagan rooftop has a good ambiance and Koushik and Nitish provides fast service with generous servings.
