Almost value for money hotel. Veg restaurant is fine. Separate Bar & restaurant also available. Spacious free Car parking. Spacious, comfortable rooms. Only problem was slight bad smell in the bath room wash basin from its drain. Though it did not bother us in the room.

3 star hotel in Sagar is relatively close to Jog Falls. Good location. This property needs more investment to maintain. The rooms are spacious. Plenty of parking space inside the hotel though there is no security personnel watching the vehicles. The restaurant is good. The food is good. The service is reasonable. Portions are good and price is reasonable. The front desk is helpful. The room rate is low so this is a good place to stay when you are visiting Jog Falls. Value for money.

Visited restaurant. It's a veg restaurant. Food tasted good. Hygiene maintained. Nice and comfy sofas to sit and dine. Service needs to be improved a lot. Plenty of parking. Conveniently located. Other than veg restaurant, there is a bar and restaurant, and lodging both of which I did not explore.

We visited here for the first time and found it decent😊Price of the food was reasonable. Taste of food was really good. Worth the prize. I would request to add some mocktails in the menu🍹and some more options in desserts 🍨

Worst possible place if you like comfort and proper hospitality, never step i your foot in this shitty place we were served spoilt egg and noodles with a piece of plastic in it. Staff is totally irresponsible

ALERT ALERT ALERT - Refund Issues with Advance Payments I booked a room in mid-July 2024, paying Rs 1,000 as an advance via Google Pay. Mr. Anand assured me that the full amount would be refunded if I canceled one day in advance. Unfortunately, I had to cancel a week before my travel date and reached out for my refund. Days turned into weeks, and even months passed without any resolution. Despite my daily WhatsApp messages, I was consistently told that the refund would be processed in the afternoon or evening. Eventually, Mr. Anand informed me that they could only refund the amount in person, which is impossible for me since it requires a 400 km trip. To this day, I still haven’t received my money. I strongly advise against making any advance payments to them—if you do, don’t expect a refund. Their lack of professionalism is truly disappointing.

Worst service and staff. They take a very long time to respond and provide service. They accept only cash and the receptionists are very rude to the customers. Service must be improved. The best thing is that they have an ample amount of space for parking and the vehicle is safe and is kept monitored. Rooms are fine with air condition and well maintained.

I literally puked after coming out from washroom. Stinks to the core. Hotel, food, ok ok, the quality n standards are getting deteriorated over time.
