Hotel Navaratna International

The rooms were not clean. There were cigarettes and a lot of dust inside the room. room doesn't even have a proper lock . Furniture were almost broken ... absolutely no maintenance.. charged us 2000 rs for one day AC with nothing..basic requirements such as a soap , towel etc.. You will get more premium rooms for this price near this lodge.. i will not recommend this lodge. It was good 10 years ago.

Worst don't ever go to this restaurant. I went with my family for this. First of all serving is too late. Next when it comes to food it was the worst Paneer masala was spoiled. Plates and spoons were not clean. It was unhygienic. In the curd rice vessel washing brush wire was there it really disappointed our dinner. I really suggest you not to visit this restaurant.

I don't know why this hotel was under renovation 3 years ago. The 550Rp room was terrible. No maintenance no housekeeping. The furniture rotten, like the walls.Dust everywhere and for very long time. In the bathroom the paint from ceiling is falling on your head and in the bucket (which also should have replaced many years before) Only good thing was the comfortable matrass. It is extremely noisy because of the bar. And when it closes, the men are continuing in the premises and rooms. We've been in this hotel before (2 times), but this time it was the last. Room boys are weird and the receptionist still in bed at 8.30AM.

Worst experience in whole journey, 0 stars , nothing is good it smells likes as if it has dead decomposing rats from 10 years, if you book a room it's like you have booked whole building there is nobody there. Nothing works correctly. Has windows broken walls are no paint light don't work lift is off all the time, no one will bother no complaints taken, never go here.more expensive no hot water

They allow 24hrs check-in check out. I checked in at 6 am in the morning and checked out at 10 PM. Hotel is centrally located(near Gopi circle). It has an attached Bar. They do not have a decent restaurant(family). The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Had checked into A/C Deluxe room. The room was decent, the restroom lacked basic modern amenities. From my view point, this place would be more adept to guys group rather than families. Would recommend looking at this place only if the other options such as Akash Inn and others are not available. No decent restaurants available for breakfast in the close vicinity.

I landed to this hotel after seeing the high prices of other lodges in the nearby areas on 25th October. Reception guys were friendly and helping. Cleanliness was kept in consideration and the service was also good. Just one thing, there is hot water available only from 7.30am to 9.30am. But if we inform the reception desk then they arrange for the hot water according to our time.

It is the worst place to stay for families. Expect no service at all. There is a bar at this hotel and that is what this hotel should be called. There is no vegetarian restaurant here though the images on the internet show it. We were mistaken to belive that it is nice hotel and had to suffer. It took us one hour to check in and arrange the room despite booking one week in advance as there are no staff available. Don't book this hotel unless you are a tipsy drinker wanting to spend the night. Don't go by internet images please.

Nice ambience in hotel. Rooms are comfortable. Furniture is bit old but comfortable for a family to stay. This hotel has a lift which will help for senior citizens. Near from Central bus stand. ||Restaurant food is very tasty. Breakfast items are good.||Hotel staff and service is nice.
