I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. Food- absolutely delicious!!! The breakfast spread was generous and varied, with something for everyone- fresh fruits, hot dishes, bakery items, and live counters. Every meal I had here was flavorful and well presented. The staff was courteous and attentive, making the stay even more comfortable. If you’re looking for a place that offers both indulgence and top-quality dining, this is the one! Highly recommended!!!

I recently visited Royal Orchid Hotel for their lunch buffet and had a wonderful experience. The spread was diverse, featuring a great mix of local and continental dishes. The quality of the food was impressive—fresh, well-seasoned, and beautifully presented. A special mention to the Vikas who ensured that everything ran smoothly. Their attentiveness and professionalism stood out, as they personally checked on guests and addressed any requests promptly. The service staff was courteous, ensuring tables were clean and refilled items efficiently. The ambiance was inviting, making it a great spot for both business lunches and family gatherings. The pricing was reasonable for the variety and quality offered. Overall, an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a satisfying buffet in town. I would like to sincerely appreciate the exceptional housekeeping services during my recent stay at Royal Orchid, Shimoga. The rooms were consistently well-maintained, spotless, and attended to with great attention to detail. A special mention to Lakshmi, Malathi, and Seema for their dedication, professionalism, and courteous nature. Their commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and comfort truly enhanced the overall experience. They were prompt, polite, and ensured every request was handled with care. The hotel is located near the main market. Little away from the railway station. The rooms here are good and well lit. The service provided by the staff and reception desk is good. They have a buffet counter in thr lounge. But it doesn't have food to order menu. There is a restaurant on the first floor with fine dine. Ambience is good and dim lighted. Not much crowded. The hotel has room service, but menu is different from that of the restaurant down on first floor. Team was very helpful in room allocation, during stay and check out. I used to stay often in other hotels in Shimoga earlier, this was my first visit here. Would recommend for future stays here.

I recently stayed at Royal Orchid, Shimoga and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were welcoming and courteous throughout my stay. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the basic amenities, including a comfortable bed, a clean bathroom, and good Wi-Fi connectivity. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet, which added a nice touch to the stay. Ms. Hinima was very helpful in assisting us during our breakfast. The location of the hotel was also convenient which is in city center. I would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to others looking for a cozy/luxurious/affordable stay in Shimoga.

We had a comfortable stay at this hotel. The rooms were good and well-maintained, and the service was decent. The pricing is definitely value for money. Located in the heart of the city, it’s easily accessible to many nearby attractions. There's also ample parking available, which was convenient. I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Royal Orchid Shimoga. The accommodations were comfortable and well-appointed.The ambiance of the hotel is both elegant and inviting, making it a delightful place to unwind. One of the standout highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the breakfast. The variety and quality of the food were exceptional! From fresh fruits and muffins to hearty South Indian dishes, there was something to satisfy every palate. I also want to give a special shoutout to Emima, who provided outstanding service.Her attentiveness and friendly demeanor made me feel completely at ease. Overall, my experience at Royal Orchid Shimoga was good. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with amazing food and exceptional service. I can't wait to return!
