We had recently booked your party hall and arranged both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food for our function. Unfortunately, our experience with your staff during and after the event was highly disappointing and unacceptable. Despite paying the full amount in advance, the food service was extremely poor. While serving, the hotel staff began claiming that the non-vegetarian food had run out — shockingly, we found that they were hiding non-veg items, beeda, and bananas under the serving tables. This kind of behavior is completely unethical. Worse, when our guests politely asked for food, your staff responded by shouting at them. This is not only disrespectful, but it also created an embarrassing situation for us in front of our guests. Let us be clear: we did not come there to beg for food — we paid for a service that was clearly not delivered as promised. One staff member in particular, Asha was especially unhelpful and unprofessional. She clearly lacks the basic skills needed to manage such events and only made the situation worse with her rude behavior. The way your staff handled the entire food service shows a complete lack of professionalism, ethics, and hospitality. This experience has left us with no choice but to consider taking legal action for breach of service and mental harassment caused during our special occasion.

Absolutely amazing experience The banquet hall was spacious, clean and well maintained. Perfect venue for engagement reception Birthday and family function. Everything was well organised highly recommend for anyone looking for a primium banquet space in Shimoga. I love it❤️

Rooms are good I didn't like the way receptionists speak here. They are not humble we have booked party hall and couple of rooms as well. They made us to check out in hurryburry. We left valuables things there because of their pressure we couldn't properly check our rooms literally they were knocking all the doors but Thankful to God it was there when we went back

No proper service, no restaurant available, no water for drinking, no tea bags,even the receptionist is not having courtesy to accompany you to the room,even basic ammmenties like soap shampoo paste were nor kept at room

❌ Unethical hotel practice! I checked in at 4:45 PM (Hotel Sai International, Shivamogga) under the 24-hour check-in policy shown online. Receptionist failed to inform me about any different check-out rule. When I stayed 3 hours extra due to my husband’s meeting, they demanded I pay the entire next day’s fare. I even offered to pay for extra hours, but was forced to pay for 24 hours. When I questioned this, the receptionist said, “Go and complain, this is our rule.” I’ve now filed a complaint at the National Consumer Helpline. If you care about service, respect, and transparency, stay away from this hotel. #ConsumerRights #UnfairHotel #SaiInternationalScam
