Hotel Ashoka Grand

Room and bathroom was very neat. Room service was good. It’s not very much pricey as well. Only issue was with the hotel staff, as we had a kid we needed hot(boiled water) twice in a day. They don’t provide kettle or any facility to heat within the stay area. Hotel staff was not supportive at all, only if the owner is there they will support otherwise they will behave as if they dint hear anything. The cashier lady was always on phone, not even interested in knowing what’s happening around. Apart from the hotel staff everything else is very good.

1) new building that’s all . Rooms are very spacious 2) maintenance / service is horrible 3) opening of rooms with key horrible & even rest rooms . With card no chance of opening. 4) no wifi facilities 5) no indication especially hot water 6) money oriented hotel not a service Everything explained @ time of check out

I want to give zero start but not possible. Please don't go this hotel. Location is great but you can't sleep for 10 min also. Full of bed bugs . Just have a look. Our was ac bedrood. More then 50 bed bugs.so much blood on dress and bedsheet. Please think once. They dint took any action after showing this photo also. They forced us to pay full money. And no support also

Three years prior, I had visited this hotel. The hotel rooms and hospitality were excellent during that period. Upon reflection, I returned to this hotel last week and was rather dissatisfied with the level of cleanliness and friendliness. The restroom appeared to be unclean after a previous guest's use, and the bedding were not adequately washed. The room has an unpleasant stench. I placed an order for meals from their restaurant, and it was awful.

Stayed at Hotel Ashoka Grand for 2 days and the experience was a mix of good and bad. While the exterior of the hotel looked impressive, the rooms did not meet expectations. The bathroom door was faulty and could not lock, causing inconvenience during baths. Although warm water was available, the absence of hot water was a letdown. Furthermore, the lights in the room flickered, giving off a disco-like effect, which was not ideal. In conclusion, my stay at Hotel Ashoka Grand was marred by several issues. Despite the hotel's attractive facade, the room conditions were subpar. The lack of hot water, malfunctioning bathroom door, and erratic lighting detracted from the overall experience. I hope the management addresses these issues promptly to enhance the comfort and satisfaction of future guests.

The watchman and reception staff exhibited terrible behavior at this establishment, tainting the otherwise fine experience. Their abhorrent manners were profoundly disappointing. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for basic human courtesy was shockingly offensive. These individuals are the initial contact point for visitors, yet their impolite attitude paints a horrendously bleak picture of the business. This crucial customer-facing role requires tact and courteousness, which they significantly lacked. Such conduct is absolutely unpardonable and necessitates immediate rectification.

Had an amazing stay worth visiting henceforth no such bad experience had happened previously mentioned in other reviews good spacious rooms
