Goldfinch Retreat

We, Airforce veterans had get-together on 7th and 8th Jun 2025 at this Resort. We had very comfortable stay. Ambience is good. The staff are very cooperative and well behaved. I appreciate Mr. Prakash and in responding and attending issues. Rooms are well maintained.

It was my Mistake that I had Choosen Goldfinch Retreat to Celebrate our Company Family Day. Complete Mismanaged Staffs and More over the Ms. Swetha who is the incharge of all Bookings like to Argue with their Guest even though they knew all their faults. We Booked 23 rooms and we were alloted rooms at 3PM even though Checkin time is 1PM. The excuse they gave is that rooms got Late checkout that is the reason they alloted Rooms late to us. She forgot when we had already Paid and Booked the Rooms guest should get the rooms on time. For high Tea we had requested for Chicken Pakoda, they provided Chicken Puff instead and charged Rs 150/- . To be astonished they had alloted twin beds to a family room , Complete Mismanaged Staffs. So please avoid going to this resort for any kind of event, waste of Money.

The hotel was impeccably clean and well-maintained, making my stay very comfortable, friendly & helpful staff, Especially the staff Sushmitha was incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout my stay, making me feel right at home, Thank you so much Sushmitha..
