Hotel Mitrapriya Cafe (Pure Veg)

On 2nd Dec 2024 Disappointing Experience at Mitra Hospital Canteen I visited the Mitra Hospital canteen today with my family for lunch. Unfortunately, the service was subpar. When I requested red chutney after receiving my roti, the staff at the cash counter responded rudely, stating that I should have placed all requests at once due to manpower constraints. The staff seemed disinterested in attending to customers, and the server had poor personal hygiene, evident from the unpleasant odor. I hope the Mitra Hospital management addresses these issues promptly by improving customer service standards or considering a change in canteen management. @Shishirholla @Udupihotelownerassociation @Udupifoodsafetyofficer @udupiDC.

its a mess with Tasty North Karnataka food. Jowar Roti and Aki roti was good. Restaurant owner was welcoming and waiters serve food with a smile. Must try when you are in Udupi.

We 3 Friends went for a supper and while coming entrance it was so confusing as it mentioned A/C restaurant but there was no A/C inside. We ordered South meals and firstly he gave buttermilk which was prepared in morning. Then the supplier served meals to us. It was pretty decent then one of ours friend asked for extra rice but he was hesitated to serve. overall it was pretty decent one. If you like North Karnataka dishes you must visit it.

Rava idli available over here tastes too good. If you are looking for Jowar Roti then this restaurant would be the right place.

Looking at the rating and reviews, mine will be an unpopular opinion. But this is what I experienced during my visit to the restaurant. The staff seemed to be impatient and came across slightly rude. The cashier too carried an attitude I don't know for what joy. The food is decent, but the prices are slightly on the higher end compared to their competitor, right across the street. As a customer I did not feel welcomed nor I felt like coming back this restaurant again. Instead I'll highly recommend you to visit the "Basaveshwara Khanavali" restaurant which is right opposite to this restaurant. Same food with better taste and cheaper price.

Very Bad customer service. People who provide service here are arrogant with Unprofessional attitude towards their customer and Unhygienic atmosphere. The person who was packing our meal was fully sweating and he doesn't even wear gloves. Kept us waiting for more than a 1 hour for a simple order.

Had breakfast and lunch (north Karnataka). Service is good and food is good too. Idli, tea, rotti were standout.
