Krishna Kausthubha Service Apartment

Good part: Proximity to temple, 1bhk, decent sized for a family of three, beds of good size, acquaguard and refrigerator in kitchen. I would go for it if you don't have other option paid 3100 incl taxes. If you chose this place come via wellness forever pharmacy, otherwise Google may show very narrow and single vehicle lane. Not so good part: Access to the apartment building...very narrow..poor maintenance of the apt building, looks dilapidated, entry exit not marked clearly, stale dish washing soap emitting foul smell in the room, car parking with difficulty, no reception room, I found it difficult to find the entrance to the building.

I booked 2 1BHK apartments by looking at google reviews. Here are a few things that were not so good about it: 1. We could not find an infuser in the kitchen. 2. Gas regulator in the kitchen was problematic. It had leakage. We could not prepare tea. 3. Air conditioner of room no. 106 was miserable. Even at 16 degrees it could not cool down the room properly. 4. They did not provide towels and soaps at the time of checkin. When inquired, they said they had kept soap in cupboard. But actually they hadn't OR they missed. 5. They said they had a setup for kitchen in room no. 106. However, they did not provide milk/tea/sugar/coffe. If you have kitchen then you should provide these basics. That's the minimum expectation.

It was an awesome stay at this hotel. This is a service apartment which can accommodate 4 people comfortably with 2 separate double beds. 1 room and a living room and separate kichen. Property has a LED TV and AC of course. This is a recent construction and everything is modern here. Beds, blankets and bed spreads are clean and sturdy. Near to the Krishna temple as well. Totally enjoyed 2 days of stay here. Also need to mention the service crews were very polite and co-operative.

It is not well maintained, leaks in the bathroom, cockroaches. Few of the apartments have refrigerator and few doesnt have anything even a kettle needs to be requested. It must be uniform. In a service apartment there must be atleast an induction stove. When asked about the induction stove, the person stated it is under repair. I had to also request for towel and soaps.

Good location, walking distance frm Krishna temple. Rooms are clean. Daily cleaning service is available on request. Zomato n Swiggy deliver to this location. Refrigerator n washing machine is common fr all occupants, located on the top floor. Limited parking space available Polite n courteous staff

I stayed here for 2 nights and I had a amazing stay. The apartment was very clean, the staff is polite and helpful. The apartment is very cozy and maintained also the kitchen is well equipped. There was an Aquaguard for drinking fresh and clean water. Worth the 5 Stars!!

Located between the busy parking lot and a busy street in a quiet and green alley by the hotel combines easy access to all of the town highlights and a secluded atmosphere. The room is specious, with bedroom and kitchen area well equipped for a long stay. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

The place is close to the Krishna Mutt and in a good locality. But had a very bad experience with the check-in process. First, I was asked to pay through the reception and not online. Then I was denied breakfast for paying online through OYO. We were a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. The only one set of soap + body wash was provided, though I has paid for 3 persons including my 9 year old son. Felt we were fleeced. Lodged a complaint with OYO.
