NillI recently stayed at Hazy Heights 360, and it was a fantastic experience! The resort is very clean and well-maintained. The room we stayed in was perfect for a couple—spacious, with a balcony view, and fully equipped with essentials like a toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shower, and even a kettle. The staff were super friendly and cooperative. They even helped us take family pictures, which we really appreciated. The breakfast was awesome too—puri with vegetable curry, bread with jam, and we even had access to a private kitchen to cook our own meals. The resort offers amazing amenities like a swimming pool and a campfire area. The name “360” truly fits, as it offers a breathtaking 360-degree view from the top of a mountain. Hiking and watching the sunset were some of the highlights of our stay, and there are so many beautiful places nearby to explore. The only challenge is getting there—it’s located on a mountaintop with narrow roads, so it’s best to use an off-road vehicle. But once you’re there, it’s totally worth it. I highly recommend Hazy Heights 360 for a relaxing getaway!

NillHazy Heights 360 exceeded every expectation. Tucked away in the lush hills of Kottappara, this resort is a sanctuary for anyone seeking peace, beauty, and a touch of luxury. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I’d stepped into a postcard. View & Location: The real star here is the view. Every morning, I woke up to panoramic vistas of misty mountains, valleys stretching in every direction, and the soft glow of sunrise painting the landscape. Whether you’re lounging by the pool, resting in the room, or walking around the terrace, the scenes never stop being spectacular. Being at the hilltop viewpoint gives you a sense of being above the world—isolated from bustle, connected to nature. Rooms & Comfort: The rooms are spacious, clean, and very well-maintained, with contemporary furnishings that still feel warm and cozy. The mountain-views from the windows are unforgettable. It’s one of those places where even small details — the bedding, toiletries, lighting — are carefully done. Amenities & Dining: I loved their ioutdoor pool — swimming there with the mountains all around felt almost magical. The restaurant offers tasty meals (breakfast especially was a nice mix of local Kerala flavors and continental choices). Staff were always attentive, polite, and genuinely seemed to care. If you want to unwind, you can also enjoy the terrace, garden, or a campfire in the evening. What Makes It Special:It’s peaceful. Far from city noise; perfect for reconnecting with nature or escaping routine. The location delivers 360° views. No walls of buildings blocking your sightline. Just sky, hills, fog, and trees. Service feels personal. The staff are kind, helpful, always ready to assist.

NillVisited on 06-06-2025. The resort looks nice from pictures, but reality is very different. No basic services like Wi-Fi. Pool area is not safe no ladder or proper access. Don’t be fooled by the photos. This place lacks even the most basic facilities. No internet, and terrible pool design. We were 12 people and all of us left disappointed.

NillAbsolutely the worst resort experience I've ever had. Hazy Height 360 should be renamed Hazy Nightmare. The rooms were filthy —pool is unhyginic , with out a lader for in to pool stained sheets, and a horrible damp smell that just wouldn’t go away. The staff were completely unhelpful, acting like they were unhelpful Don’t be fooled by the edited photos online. This place is a scam. Avoid it at all costs unless you enjoy wasting money, getting sick, and ruining your holiday.

NillI briefly removed this review at the hotel’s request, as management claimed their new property needed a clean slate and promised better service. However, I’m reposting it after learning they’ve been pressuring others to delete negative reviews, which feels unethical. My aim is to offer honest input for everyone. We stayed for two nights during Diwali last year, booking two ground-floor rooms for ₹18,000. The location is beautiful, and most staff, especially Anas, were friendly and helpful. The chef’s delicious meals were a highlight, though vegetarian options were limited. However, several issues led to my one-star rating: 1. Check-In and Dining Issues: Arriving at noon, we waited until 2 PM to check in. With no nearby eateries, we were shocked when Ms. Nima, the receptionist, refused lunch, citing a two-hour prior order rule. After a lot of insistence, she provided pulao and raita. She also denied dosa/idli for lunch or dinner, calling them breakfast-only, yet the chef happily made dosas for dinner when asked directly. 2. Accessibility: The third-floor dining hall requires climbing 60 steps with no elevator. As mid-50s guests, my wife and I struggled, but Ms. Nima rejected room service. We carried plates down ourselves, though a staff member helped with extras, making us question why room service wasn’t given. 3. Room Condition: Rooms 101 and 102 had issues: a drawer without a handle, a cabinet door that wouldn’t close, a torn bedsheet, a clogged sink (later fixed), and a non-working TV. No room cleaning was done during the 2 days of our stay. Poor ventilation made rooms suffocating at night when windows were closed due to flying insects. Netted windows could have helped. Mind you, there are no air conditioners inside the rooms to prevent suffocation. 4. Check-Out Embarrassment: At departure, Ms. Nima accused us for a missing hand napkin, which was terribly insulting after paying ₹18,000. It was later found in the adjacent room by her, but the incident felt unprofessional and terribly insulting for us. All in all, it was a very bitter experience that we had at this hotel. I would never stay at this hotel again and won't recommend this hotel to anyone for staying. Stay only if you want to ruin and spoil your holiday and mental peace.

NillVisited Hazy Heights 360 Resort with couples on 06-06-2025. Basic amenities were completely missing. No drinking water, no Wi-Fi, and terrible pool access. Not worth the money at all.
