The worst stay i ever had in OYO.. I would say Fathima Residency to change their tag from Oyo rooms to Fathima Lodge..oh no they don’t deserve for a lodge too.. The only best thing i would say is the location as its somewhere close to the town area.. The staff sitting over the reception asked me to pay the money directly via gpay or by cash at the time of arrival itself and they would not give me a room if i pay using oyo cash/oyo app. The staff said, usually send people to other oyo if pre payment done through apps for the rooms.. Secondly, the room provided at first on top floor was just pathetic without cleaning or wiping the floor . The inner walls were leaking from either sides. The toilet was not cleaned and no seat for the closet too. I refused to stay there and they provided the next room nearby which was much more stinky than the first one.. The whole room was having foul urinated smell and when i asked the room-boy about the same he said he doesn’t smell anything bad. When i checked the toilet, the toilet was not even fleshed properly with urinary stains and cigarette buds. All their rooms are of same quality and hygiene… When I informed about the same there was no response from anybody, they were just sitting and listening the complaints. No towels and soaps were provided, when asked they told me OYO has stopped providing toiletries and stuffs, and just provided me an old expired set of toiletry with a filthy towel. They are only eager to collect the money and once done with it they don’t just bother for anything. The staffs were not polite and also with very bad atittude. I had no other options to find another room as payment has been done at the arrival so i just cleaned the room by myself and slept. I could not sleep the whole night as nearby rooms were filled with some locals making noises till late night.I would not recommend this room to anybody. 👎🏻👎🏻 Not for family, bachelors, and ladies 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Simply the worst place ever. 1. The owner gave us the worst welcome. He is working there as well 2. I informed them that I will need hot water 5 in the morning as I need to leave very early ( 6 am) and they said yes. Next day morning, I waited till 5:30 then I had to go downstairs twice to ask them for a solution. They asked me to wait for another 30 minutes. Eventually I had to take a cold shower in that extremely cold and rainy weather conditions outside. 3. The room wasn't cleaned well. I found a big pile of hair blocking the drainage in the bathroom and I found some hair under the pillow and blanket. I doubt how they run such a business in such a global situation like covid-19. 4. The TV wasn't working. It was just a show piece 5. These guys, they don't wear any masks. I had to ask the staff to wear a mask to come and check my water overflow. Plus I had to warn him to cover his nose and mouth many times. 6. Even the basic facilities like a bath towel, and in the toilet, it had no seat cover. Can anyone can imagine such a disgusting level of hospitality? 7. The cub boards had no hangers and there was fungi and it was smelly. Note: please just don't go there. It doesn't worth your money. Worst experience I ever had....not at all a safe place to stay...very poor service by the team.. I stayed here with my family..there were none in the reception to show us the room..the rooms were not cleaned properly..the bedsheets were untidy..even bathrooms are not maintained well.. There's no security for our lives in these rooms as the locks won't work properly..the worst part was morning around 4 am a large group of people came to this hotel and was making a lot of mess there...which finally turned into a situation where many of them started knocking our doors from outside trying to trespass into our rooms and this continued for hours... We were unable to contact the reception since there are no phones inside the room..and wen we tried to complain the same, there is only a single person to manage the entire people and he says u can contact the owner regarding your complaint. We didn't even stay 6 hours in these rooms out of fear and had to vacate early as the response from the hotel people was that poor... Not at all recommended to anybody for a safe stay...

I booked a room here online, through OYO app and paid through the same. But as i reached for staying, they were saying i haven't booked any. I showed them my proof, then only they were ready to accommodate me. And even then, the trouble wasn't over. They had the whole rooms empty but still no single room was in a condition to accommodate! I waited there for more than half an hour for getting my stay ready. So look for a better place to stay in Adimali!

Cheater who doesnt show checkin in Oyo and will not provide room as per Oyo booking. But the owner will charge you as per the Oyo rate. There is no lift and it is 4 or 3 floored building. After a tired day we were offered a non ac room in top floor. Mosquitoes do have clail on every room here. Rooms are newly constructed. Hotel condition is good but the owner or reception condition wasn't.

It's a crowded time right now.in munnar.. The room facilities are good.... Lot of tour buses come day by day and lot of people visit this place on a daily basis.. The staff are good and cooperative and prices are minimal too... Happy hourney

I will never suggest this hotel anymore. Me and wife got very bad experience from them. Very rude and unprofessional behaviour. We have booked a room through oyo and when we reached there they waited us for one hour. Then they provide a dirty room with lots of junks in the room(someone's undergarments was also in bathroom) . When we complaint about that they asked us to leave the hotel at midnight. When we called Oyo customer care , we didn't get the proper solution from them. Then we find another room ourselves on midnight with my family. If batchers want to enjoy their night with drink then it will be the best place in Munnar. Don't ever come with your family here.

Worst hotel stay ever. Rooms were soo dirty...sheets were soiled and there was dust..and hair on the bed.. toilet wasn't clean..there was not even a toilet seat.door lock was not proper. The reception people won't even show the rooms to us...and there is no phone in the room to contact them once u r in the room. There were people knocking on our doors from 4 in the morning....!!!!! This continued for over an hour...and someone even opened our room..as the door lock wasn't proper..!!!!!! When we looked for someone to complain about this..there was only one worker who said he can't do anything about it...that we should talk to the owner...and there was no owner..or manager..or anybody there... It is not at all safe to stay here....it's like sleeping on the streets... anybody can barge in do anything while u r sleeping and there is no one to answer.....
