Rooms clean and neat, ample parking space, good for families

This property was located in the adimali moonnar road, at the heart of adimali. It can be easily accessible from the main road. Rooms and washroom are very neat and clean. Staffs were very friendly and supportive. limited parking space infront. Rate seems to be ok.

They have collaboration with some local agents which book rooms with name of Spanish residency with picture of hotel rooms of Matha Regency with higher price...I paid 11500/- rupies for 2 days room which Matha actually giving at 3500/- per day

The floor was not cleanes properly. It was so sticky and dirty. Not happy with the room that i got.
