NillHahah I am not surprised to read good comments about this property, as it's given by themselves. Pls take out time to read this if you plan to stay here. This is one of the pathetic place. The attendies specially the owner or one who sits in reception is uncultured and have no sense to talk, he talks to guest as if he is doing charity by allowing ppl to stay. They did not have clean water and took no efforts to even provide us drinking water. Our pkg included breakfast but he refused to even give that. Above all this fellow is asking us our phone to give rating and later when we refused he was playing some cheap tactics. I am amazed how OYO have no class left by tying up with such cheap pathetic properties. OYO focus on services rather than avoiding customer.

NillPlease be aware of the real situation there. We booked a room through goibibo site and made the total payment via net banking. During check in, hotel guys asked us to pay the full amount as cash. We replied that we have paid the whole amount. Since OYO company hasn't paid the rent for the past few years/months they won't consider any online transactions and will only accept cash. This was really a pathetic experience for us.Suddenly we raised a complaint against this hotel through customer service number and luckily i got the money back within three days. So, beware while booking OYO rooms. I had experienced the same with an OYO hotel where the reception guy was so arrogant and said that they can't provide the rooms for the family (even though i made the whole payment via netbanking).

NillVery bad n horrible. Staff behaviour towards customers very bad. Neither water nor any breakfast food availability. Not provided towels. Forcing us to give phone for put 5 star rating for their Hotel. At the cost of three star Hotel we get service of cheap lodge type Hotel.staff very rude. Totally waste of money.Be careful. Not expecting this service from Oyo team.

NillMade a booking for 3 guests using OYO, made advance payment and was alloted 1 room. When we reached the hotel for check-in, the staff at the reception checked their tab and told us that we don't have a booking. I showed them the booking confirmation on my phone and the receptionist called the manager to discuss. They could not see our name in their tab and the manager said if our name is not there, then they cannot provide us room. They asked us to cancel the booking done through OYO and to book with them directly. We told that is not acceptable as we had made the booking as well as the payment in advance, and we insisted to check the tab again using the booking reference number and thats when they realised the booking was there but the name of the guest showed as N/A for some reason. The receptionist called the manager again to discuss and he again said if our name is not there they cannot provide us with a room. I insisted to speak to the manager directly to explain the situation, but he was so rude and adamant and started to swear on the phone and said it's his property and he makes the decision, etc. At this time I contacted OYO customer care and they helped me update the name in the booking, followed by which the manager agreed to provide us a room. After this they said if we need extra mattress we would have to pay for it - but at the time of booking I had paid for 3 guests and the OYO agent had informed me that extra mattress will be provided. The hotel took 300 extra from me for the mattress - at that point I didn't have the energy or time to argue with them anymore - so I ended up paying the 300. I don't think this is right and I shouldn't be paying extra for the mattress as I have already paid for 3 guests. I really feel that 300 must be returned to me. Not to mention the trouble and terrible experience we had with the check-in otherwise itself. It was my first time using OYO and would most likely not be using it in the future due to the ordeal we underwent.

NillHad booked from the oyo app when called the hotel they said cancel the booking and directly come and book where as in the app it shows 600 rs but when u come here personally they charge 1300 for ac room which is as per oyo it's 2 much to pay when asked the staf they said issue with oyo this is literally fooling the customers not at all worth wash room was un healthy and un hyginic. The bed sheet were dirty had staiins in it beh8nd the entrance door there was cob web very dirty place will never sujest anyone to go there

NillI request all the passengers not to stay in Amare Highway Residency. Why poor ? It is poor in all angle. Hotel owner is squirrel. Hotel staff is also not good. Very poor Wi-Fi facility. Breakfast not provided. Drinking water is chargeable. Horrible experience.!!!!!

NillSuch a irresponsible receptionist! Doesn't have manners. Talk rubbish. Are we guests for you people or you are guests for us? How can you people treat guests like this? This is really bad. And the receptionist is even drunk! Is this how you treat people when they have come with the family?

NillBooked rooms for 15 guests coming to town for a wedding through OYO. Rooms were as expected from OYO but the staff behaviour was disgraceful. A manager or staff guy who was drunk came along with some more drunk pals and were questioning the female guests. They were insulted and treated very badly forcing them to seek boarding elsewere fearing for their safety.
