Hotel Bonanza

This hotel completely ruined my stay. The staff here have no sense of professionalism or hospitality. After a long, exhausting drive, I checked into my room hoping to finally rest. Instead, I was constantly disturbed because the staff kept ringing my doorbell over and over again, then knocking repeatedly, even when I clearly did not respond. It was extremely irritating and unacceptable. When I finally confronted them, their excuse was that they needed to “check the refrigerator” in my room. Seriously? That is something that should be done before a guest checks in, not while the guest is trying to rest. Disturbing a customer like this shows total irresponsibility and zero respect for guests. This hotel claims to be 4-star, but the service I received was nowhere near that standard. I’ve stayed here multiple times in the past, but after this horrible experience, I will never choose this hotel again. If you value your peace, your comfort, and basic respect, avoid this place.

The hotel had many positive aspects, including nice rooms and good amenities. However, I think the experience could be improved with a more thorough briefing from the welcoming staff regarding the hotel and its facilities. Additionally, while the breakfast was a buffet, there were not many options. Also toaster could not be used without an extension cord, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, with a few adjustments, this hotel could enhance the guest experience significantly.

I stayed with my family here during our 2day trip to Alleppey. The hotel was very welcoming, the rooms were classy, clean, and well-maintained. The staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay. The restaurant service was also good, with reasonably priced and good quality food. However, there are several areas that need improvement: I had specifically ordered barbecue and confirmed it multiple times, but they served Alfahm instead. This shows a lack of coordination. The swimming pool was not well maintained, and there was no separate section for kids. There is no play area for children, which was disappointing for a family stay. Only two small bottles of water were provided complimentary in the room; additional water was chargeable. A biscuit with an MRP of ₹10 was being sold for ₹25, which felt unreasonable. Payment was accepted through an individual staff member’s UPI account, instead of a proper company QR code ,not acceptable for a 4-star hotel. Stayed in the hotel last year. Very good room. Lot of facilities like locker,mini fridge ,water heater etc provided in the room. Rooms are little bit conjugated. Room tariff is bit high compared to same category hotels in the outskirts of Alappuzha town. Restaurant is very good. Food Tariff is very high. Ample parking space is there.There is a conference room also available. Room service is up to mark. Staffs are well behaved and co operative. Recommended for families.

It's a good hotel we only stayed for night so cannot comment on other amenities but overall very good ambience. But it's on highway and beach is not at walking distance But yeah drive of 10-15 mins cot beach and Houseboat

Located near highway. Rooms were comfortable. Good food. Needs some maintenance for elevators and bathrooms.
