Hotel O Alappuzha Near General Hospital Junction Formerly AAR Palmyra Regency

Irresponsible staff. Booked through OYO. No one was available at the reception. Called the number displayed on desk. Some guy picked up and told he'll come in 5 min. Waited for 15 min and called again. The guy again replied 5 min. Understood the condition of rooms by reading reviews while waiting. So, didn't bother to wait further, went to another nearby hotel. Not recommended at all 💩💩👎🏽👎🏽.

Location and room was good, no lift facility. And the main issue with this hotel is that the usage washroom water is yellow in colour. When asked about the colour management said it's like that only and no problem but looking at its colour is very unpleasing.

Their rooms aren't even properly cleaned. There are stains on the bed sheets, pillow covers, and towels. It was the worst experience ever. When I asked for a payment receipt or bill, they hesitated to provide one or assist me in getting it, despite my stay being for business purposes. For goodness' sake, i won't recommend you this property.

I wouldn’t recommend this place this anyone. The rooms are not like how you see in these pictures, it’s different and very bad. The room was filled with lots of mosquitoes, unclean bedsheets with lots of stains over it and the water is not safe to use.

One of the worst ever rooms that we have stayed … Pls don’t ever think of this place We came to the location and for 1 hr we were calling to the receptionist and even the OYO executives called but there was no response.. this guy was drunked he slept .. later we found the location and entered the building and this guy was fully drunked and was not able to get up and not responding… He said that the room was not booked .. later on he found the room was booked and gave is 2 rooms in which the bathroom lights and AC was not working … then he switched us to an another room in that Ac was not working .. we came down and woke him up to inform but he didn’t woke . Since we were totally tired had no other option to stay in that room and there by morning we came to inform him and he didn’t respond properly and said if AC is not working ita not our fault .. since we were rushing we didn’t want to create any nuisance and we left the room .. pls pls don’t ever select this stay .. its a worthless
