Treebo Premium Palmyra Milford

One of the best hotels on our month-long trip to India. Very excellent service for a low rate. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the strong water pressure and hot shower. The staff even lent me a refrigerator to chill my beer, which impressed me even more. I recommend this hotel to all.

We arrived at 4 PM, on 30 July 25 from Munnar, though our check in time was 12 o clock. Poor reception, no service to help with the luggage, as we were given first and second floor rooms. The rooms from outside looked ok, but once we entered, the foul odour, from the toilet was everywhere. The smell was covered with some room spray, but just after a couple of minutes the foul odour was evident. They changed the room, but unfortunately the other room also had the same smell. We booked four rooms around 20 days in advance, but still not prepared on time. No room service provided. We stayed only for one night, but the bad experience is of a lifetime. Regretted the stay

Nice big bright room with very comfortable bed. Very clean. Great a/c and some tv channels in English. Lovely housekeeping staff. |For us, the negatives were the location on a busy road which made walking anywhere difficult. Also, no hot water in the shower for the 3 days we stayed (a maintenance man came and told us to run the water for 10 minutes but no change). Additionally, booking.com website advertised lunch/dinner but the restaurant was closed after breakfast. Disappointing as there were not many places very close by. |For these reasons, we wouldn’t recommend/stay again.

The rooms were spacious, spotless, and well-maintained, providing a very comfortable stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and top-notch hospitality. I will definitely return for future visits!

Hot water has not been available since this morning, and despite reporting it multiple times, there has been no response. Once again, only cold water is being supplied. Additionally, there is no water available in the breakfast area either. This is a very poor level of service. Room no 114 Alapuzha branch
