I spent a day at Pozhiyoram with friends. The place is conveniently located near the beach, offering a calm, quiet, and safe atmosphere. We enjoyed a night time beach visit, sitting together for an hour. The next morning, we had a traditional Kerala-style breakfast. The staff were professional, making our overall experience satisfactory.

Disappointing and Isolated Stay - Not Recommended for Families I had a terrible experience at this resort. There is no room service available, and after 7:30 PM, you’re completely left to fend for yourself. This is definitely not a place suitable for a family stay. There’s no breakfast provided, no in-house restaurant, and absolutely no support from the resort staff. The whole place feels isolated and unwelcoming. Would not recommend this place at all.

Best Beach Resort in Alappuzha – A Great Experience! Pozhiyoram Beach Resort is the best places to stay in Alappuzha! Nestled beside a serene pozhi, this resort blends natural beauty with thoughtful landscaping, creating a truly tranquil escape. Especially, the cottage rooms, with their Kerala-style wooden interior, are cozy and full of charm. The hospitality and service were top-notch, making my experience even better. For anyone visiting Alappuzha, Pozhiyoram Beach Resort is a must-stay!

Great place to have a quick refresh from city life and enjoy the breeze of Indian ocean..and walk around the beach shore...and Key highlight was the traditional kerala food and spicy fish fries prepared by care taker Mr.Thomas and Team.

It was a perfect holiday spot for us. Right at the beach. With a pleasant view towards the beach. Which we can access round the clock. They have an option of Ayurveda and yoga, they do also arrange for houseboat, Shikkara, and kayaking as well.
