The boat itself is quite nice, but unfortunately, the service does not match the quality of the setting. The staff could benefit from training on better communication with guests, and the rooms should be cleaned thoroughly before check-in to ensure a more comfortable stay

Boat ambience is ok. However, service and co-ordination was very poor. Cost cutting ✂️ everywhere and not even bothering about the tourist basic requirements.

The service was not as per expectations. They drop us back at 8am instead of 9am. Towel not provided. We inform the owner out concern as well. Service need to be improved. Food was good.

They started evening at 5:30PM and finished at 8 AM. They suppose to allow 24 hrs for the payment. Unfortunately we put deposit in their bank account, so they strated to cheat. Only thing is that, good food.

Review for Blue lake 5 bedroom houseboat... Food and room r good Service is not so good....u need to ask then they will provide things like hot water for bathing, water for drinking, etc They close main water knob at night time...so u have to call them after u understand that water is not available in bathrooms... Driver is very rude and adamant, will drop you at 7.45am next day instead of standard 9am timing at jetty... Cook is good, owner needs to inform driver about his attitude towards tourists... I am uploading drivers photo who was rude...

4 bed house boat. very big house boat, so spacious room big toilet neat and tidy. safe boat all protected. nice kerala foods with fish fry lunch awesome great experience
