Alleppey Backwater Lake Resort

If you want a senere and peaceful vacation in Alappuzha, you should visit its backwaters. Alappuzha is a strikingly beautiful city in Kerala with boundless lagoons, lush coconut groves, and silent backwaters. Swimming in the Alleppey backwaters is generally not recommended due to boat traffic and the presence of aquatic life. But u can go for speed boat which is really good experience. We stayed here for a day and it's awesome...i wanted to stay more in boat house experience was that good...food and service rooms everything was soo good.Upper deck of baot is next level we enjoyed a lot there by watching senere while boat moving. Even they have live music u can dance and can chill with your partner. Winters (October to February) are the best time to visit and explore Alleppey. Alleppey receives heavy rainfall during the monsoon season. The monsoon season starts with June and ends with the month of September. It is best to avoid the season for a visit as you may not be able to indulge in all tourist activities.

Backwater is really nice however the operator we choose was average & require lot of training about what we expect in form of Services. No wow effect you will feel unless you really opt for better vendor & clarify in the beginning itself what Route to be covered & where it will get stay in the evening. Not clearing out on these things will leave you very much disappointed.

Truly mesmerizing. Large lake with calm environment. Boathouse stay was an amazing experience. Delicious food, great service. Try fish food at these boathouse. A best recommended place gor a couples and also families.

Nice place. So pleasant and relaxed time with family and friends. Very cool and beautiful place in God's own country. One must try this trip here once in their life time.

Took 3 hours Shikara Ride. I must say that was the most memorable moments of our whole Kerala Trip. If you have low budget then just cancel houseboat and take a ride to backwater shikara. You'll thank me later.

Night stay is in boat it self . But the boat will not roam for long time. They will roam just for 2 to 3 hrs in the whole 23 hrs stay

It's satisfactory mainly the food. It's good. But not so clean . The bedsheets and pillow covers were not clean. It's ok for 1 night.
