What an amazing stay, the family here are so kind and friendly, nothing was too much trouble and made feel at home. We had a welcome coffee and great introduction to the local information and culture. Rooms were clean with A/C. Very Close to beach, restaurant and massage centre. Yoga, cooking classes and activities available to book.

"Disappointing Experience" My recent stay at this homestay left much to be desired. From the outset, the lack of hygiene was evident, with uncleaned spaces and an overall unpleasant atmosphere. The behavior of the hosts was far from welcoming. They seemed disinterested and unhelpful, making my stay uncomfortable. Requests for assistance were met with indifference, and there was a notable lack of courtesy throughout. Once I have approach about the service issues with the owner and he suggest me to look for other options nearby then then can accommodate other customers as this is a season time" The room itself was subpar, with outdated furnishings and minimal attention to cleanliness. Stains on the bedding and an overall musty smell made it clear that proper upkeep was lacking.We have informed the rooms are spreading bad smells but the given a room fresher (attaching the photo) and asking us to use when ever we wants. The promised amenities were either nonexistent or in poor condition. The bathroom facilities were in dire need of maintenance, and basic essentials were not adequately provided Regrettably, I cannot recommend this homestay to fellow travelers. For those seeking a comfortable, hygienic, and welcoming environment, it's advisable to explore other accommodation options in the area.

"Disappointing stay at Hilton Resort. No hot water, no water in the bathrooms, and a lack of fresh drinking water. Owner's behavior added to the frustration. Overall, a dissatisfying experience that raised serious concerns about value for money." They didn't provide extra water also.. Per day one water bottle It's waste money. Don't book the this resort

At the price I wasn't expecting much but we were very pleasantly surprised. The rooms are an adequate size and very clean. The Manager and his wife are extremely friendly and anxious to help in any way. The accommodation is near the beach and there are numerous rickshaws into town. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again

The location is just so good with beach a 2 min walk, and City a 10 minute ride from the hotel. The staff is very friendly and speak in 5 different languages including English, hindi, Malayalam & Tamil. The rooms were small yet had most things pretty well placed. The view was meh, but that's all you get for the reasonable price you'll have to pay. We faced an issue with WiFi signals not reaching the room, few ants in the room & no geyser for warm water.

Family can choose this hotel... Run by a family... Ground floor is for owner family.rooms and charges are good... Dining hall was nice..But there was no food nearby..But we can arrange by zomato... Friendly Rooms walkable distance from beach...Car parking is not available...

The worst experience till the date. They gave us room at 2nd floor and asked us to carry our luggage ourselves (no lift is there). TV wasn't working. Loads of mosquitoes and they didn't provide all out even. Our breakfast was complimentary(which they didn't provide even after asking for it). They didn't let our taxi stay there and we had to wander here and there in search of food(which was a huge task). They didn't provide water even. And whenever I asked the manager for anything..his reaction was- "that is your problem not mine".

First we booked a normal room. As we asked the service that the A/C didn’t worked, they told us later that it costs 400 more. During the night we recognized, that the A/C absolutely didn’t worked and that it was extremely hot!! As we told that to the manager he just blocked and still charged the 400. Also the bed sheets and the room were dirty and the room was musty. For 1200 you can definitely find a better hotel!
