Treebo Vsaffron Regency

My nephew booked the hotel and I stayed with him. I decided to write a review because it will help the other customers.Most of the reviews are fake. The reception staff were good,they even changed my room as the first room AC is stopped working. Worst is the breakfast.Do not expect anything and not worth a penny. First day I had to wait 20mins to serve. Second day a lady wearing jeans an shirt treated us badly. She require customer service training and above all,behave others with some respect.

Great hospitality! The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly humble and went above and beyond our expectations. They were really helpful throughout our stay. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and offered a great start to our day. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Thanks a billion!! 😊

We had an incredible stay at hotel. The location was very near to the houseboat. We were facing issues for AC but they were so nice that they made an effort to provide another room and ensured that we are satisfied. From the moment we arrived, the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The amenities were top-notch, which we thoroughly enjoyed. I will surely refer this hotel.

I booked for 2 nights It’s not what they’re showing in pictures. I think most of the reviews are paid (fake) they don’t provide dental kit. Bed is rock hard lots of mosquito even the provided good night is not working. AC leaking water on the floor. There is no buffet breakfast they only provide idle vada sambar chatni and bread jam even they don’t have toaster and height is during breakfast that aunty asked me to take only 1 vada at a time. Very unprofessional people.

Google review for this hotel doesn't actually tell the actual picture, I also booked it via Google reviews only but below are my observation: 1. Location : far from the city, not even a single restaurant within 1km distance. 2. Room and Hotel Quality: Bedsheet were full of stains and we had to get it changed. No restaurant present in the hotel. For breakfast they arranged it from somewhere because the night before they called us to check what we want to have dosa or idli

Had worst experience. Don't go on reviews most are the fake I think. It's not close to what they are showing in picture. Room was not clean. No buffet breakfast no restaurant they will provide you breakfast on hotel terrace in too much heat. Staff is very rude and there is no restaurant near 2km area.

The Best Thing about this hotel i.e Location. its in front of 5 star ramada hotel & nearby veg resturant. here are pro & cons Pro - # Good Location # Centralised AC # Proper Hot Water etc in the morning # Complimentry breakfast # Swiggy Zomato Works # Have Parking Space Cons # Rooms are so small. i visited 3 treebo chain hotels during kerala trip but this room too much small. # There is no FAN in the Room. only Centralised AC Which is very difficult to sleep.

Room is good,service is good,there is bit of plumbing issue in the washroom yet the washrooms are neat and clean.Overall very happy with the stay and completely worth the money!
