The rooms were spotless. The complimentary breakfast buffet was sumptuous. The staff attended us at every beck and call. My family and I liked our stay there and would surely consider it for our next visit to Changanassery. I give it a 10/10.

We stayed here for 1 day. I would like to rate their rooms, services and food as 5 Star. Very spacious, neat and comfortable rooms. The staffs were so excellent, courteous, friendly and helpful with arranging all of our needs and assisting with our stay. Special mention to Mr. Suvarnan who assisted throughout our stay from booking till checkout. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Went out to eat with my family, and it was the worst experience. The food was bad, and it took way too long to arrive at the table. Honestly, it was terrible. Imagine waiting so long for your food while having. And that half the items on the menu aren’t even available. They just hand you the menu for formality. It’s just the outside view of this hotel that looks good—nothing else.👎🏽

Comfortable and peaceful stay at Amity Residency, Kottayam! Amity Residency is a great place for a relaxing stay in Kottayam. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all basic amenities. The staff was courteous and very helpful throughout our stay. Location is convenient — close to the town but still peaceful. A good choice for both families and business travelers. Would definitely recommend it for a short or long stay in Kottayam!

Very bad service , very bad experience.Pathetic experience.Attitude of staff is very bad.out side too much rain that time we just sit reception. That's time athul came don't sit here. Here only our guest sitting area.It's better not to hire someone like this as a staff member.We went to the executive bar
