"I have stayed in this hotel many times before, but this time I had a very bad experience. The main issue was the behavior of a lady staff member. Her attitude and manners were completely unprofessional. She gave the impression that she was treating us as if we were fools.I felt like running away from her just by seeing her heavily made-up face. If she had been there when we checked in, we wouldn't have taken the room."If this review is seen by the woman or the hotel management, please take note. If you continue to have her working in the lobby, be aware that her behavior will reflect poorly on your hotel. I suggest either correcting her behavior or finding someone more suitable for the role. Additionally, the cleanliness of the toilet was subpar and needs attention."

We dropped in today as our booked hotel was on a road inaccessible by car, paid in full cash upfront. Been asking for a spare blanket since 6pm and now it's 10.45pm, we phoned them thrice since there's no one at reception since the daytime lone ranger girl left..correction it's 10.47pm and he's just brought it! Way past our bedtime and we've to be up early, too. Frustrating!

Excellent rooms and atmosphere. Sanitarywares are clean and tidy Best rooms at affordable price! Liked the behaviour of receptionists. Totally impressed and Highly recommended!!👍🏽👍🏽
