Staff behaviour was good but Television was not working. I faced water problem.

"Disappointing Stay - Not Value for Money Unfortunately, my recent stay at this hotel was a letdown. Despite the high room rates, the accommodations fell short of expectations. The bed was infested with bugs, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The bathroom was also subpar, with non-functional fixtures and poor maintenance. To make matters worse, the housekeeping staff failed to change the bed sheets and pillows regularly, which was unacceptable. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The high prices do not justify the poor quality of service and amenities."

Our check in was denied saying that we have paid a less amount online and that is not enough for them. Such a rude receptionist and he never cared for us and kept saying that he can't accept since the rate was low which I paid online. Never had such a experience with OYO hotels. We really don't understand why they host online with some deals and offers? This hotel could break up with online booking partners and host individually and only then they will come to know the difficulties. Never had such a bad experience. We were totally drenched in rain, but the receptionist did not even care for us and care only for the money. Being a frequent traveler to many places, this is very very bad hotel ever visited. Worth for zero rating.

A hotel with poor service and the receptionist is not at all customer friendly. WONT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE😠 RECEPTIONIST NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY I dont think they accept online payment through mobile. When i went one day and have food and during payment,receptionist asked whether card or direct payment. I just opt for direct payment as i wasnt carrying card at that time. I just gave him a 500rs note, actually the food cost only about 50rs and i wasnt having notes of lower denominations at that time as i used them earlier at nearby medical shop.. When i gave hime the note he told me that he doesnt have enough change to give me back and asked me to get change for 500rs note and pay them. Its not easy to get changes for notes as most shop owners wont be ready to give..so i went again to one another shop and buy some useless goods to get enough change to pay this guy.. I just lost another 100rs for paying this guy. Anyway i just decided not to choose this shop again for a quick meal.. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.. Really dont know why that guy said he doesnt have enough change to give me back even during noon time..😶

Room is near to CSL , there are so many rooms near. No need to be tension.

Really unhigenic rooms and bathrooms...we couldn't stay there and has to vacate the room... receptionist was kind of a fraud one...nobody should stay in such unhigenic rooms

Really untidy. Worst experience. There were no furnitures inside the room except one bed. Mosquitoes inside the room.

Average food, but economical, toilet was not clean.
