Not as expected. Need to walk some distance to get transport. Room is OK. Receptionist guy has a positive approach. No restaurants attached. Breakfast procured from outside. However for about Rs. 900/- a night it's value for money. Bathroom mirror is not placed properly. Needs to be placed properly. Room size is small but room is clean.

Giving one star for courteous staff and service otherwise , nothing about this hotel pleases . The surroundings are dirty , the hotel is small , the rooms are very very small, the images provided give a wrong impression. The hotel rooms are not standard size and the bathroom is also very small . AC doesn’t work most of the times , hot water always a problem. More than a hotel , it’s a lodge . Kindly advertise it as lodge for single business travellers as it’s not big enough for a family. After 8 or 9 pm nothing is available for eating even any where around the hotel. Totally disappointed . I stayed with 2 young daughters and it was most difficult . There was no place in the bathroom to keep even the toiletries. Worst was size of rooms . I’m amazed that people can even stay in such a small room .

In oyo app I saw this hotel near to Lissy hospital in cochin . The photos and other description made me to choose the hotel for my solo stay. But when I went there hotel itself is small one but ok. Now the room .. be very very small room ... very small means Three sides of the bed you can just walk around and no extra space . One chair without hand rest and a small cupboard wherein hardly your items can be hanged . Also a small tv with local regional channels . ||Pros : ||* good mattress |* good bathroom not so clean but ok for a solo stay |* 2 soaps provided with a shower gel form oyo |* tv with all channels and clear |* good AC with ambient light facility |* telephone option available with reception |||Cons : ||* very very small compared to uploaded photos for the hotel|* NO LIFTS gn gPA\.)&get m|+ nobody to help and uiuu

Worse than most of the hotels in same price range. AC cooling is bad. Toilet is spacious but not very clean. No restaurant. They will serve food to room( they will buy from a nearby restaurant). No lift service. Polite staff(only +ve). Lot of mosquitos. No plug point near table for laptop. Not recommend

Nice hotel with well maintained rooms. Great hospitality by the staff. Must stay. Highly recommended. This hotel is located in the heart of Kochi. You can easily get a Metro train or a cab within a short span of time. Traveling is not at all a hastle if you are staying here.

This place has nice rooms very compact rooms. One thing that I want to mention is they asked me to pay extra 500rs. because i checked in at 6am which i unaware of nothing was mentioned in the site even when i was booking the room. In this case what do travelers do if they are reaching at early part of the morning. The guy at reception was telling me to call the customer care number and complain which i was shocked like he did not care about what i said. 😨😧 This needs to be putup so travelers can be aware of

This one is closer to two metro stations ( Kaloor and Lissie.) I have had amazing experience with Fab hotels and thus booked it without batting an eye. To my surprise the room was nothing like I expected. The hot water wasn't working. The room wad smelling damp, no ventilation what soever. I had to keep asking for the room spray to keep the smell away. The cupboard and drawers could use some paintings and there was ample mosquitoes in the room. Also, I was given a room next to the reception and the sound at night kept me awake until 3:00 AM. I initially booked for 3 days, cancelled it and moved to another hotel nearby. Service - the guys in the morning are very helpful and warm. The middle aged gentleman in the evening is a bit condescending and gives a wierd look. Totally an unwelcome stay.

congested room ||I booked room through Booking.com||very very congested bathroom for parking, they showed like this ''Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed). Accessible parking Secured parking''this is totally advertisement, after i checked in there, receptionist said there is no parking available you can park on road side I called booking.com they said its public parking, but i dont understand why you all mentioned Secured parking word?||I booked for 3 days, but i cancelled my rest all days booking on next day morning.
