**Disappointing Experience - Wouldn't Recommend** I recently stayed at Hotel Comfy Capetown and unfortunately, it was far from a pleasant experience. From the moment I checked in, things went downhill. The staff at the front desk were unprofessional and unwelcoming, which set a negative tone for the entire stay. The room itself was underwhelming. Despite it was much smaller than expected and not as clean as it should have been. The bedding had stains, and the bathroom looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned in a while, with mold in the shower and a foul odor. The overall maintenance of the room was poor, with broken fixtures and a malfunctioning air conditioning unit that made sleeping uncomfortable. On top of that, the noise level was unbearable. I could hear conversations from adjacent rooms and constant hallway noise all night. This, combined with the uncomfortable bed, made it nearly impossible to get a good night’s rest. Overall, this stay was incredibly disappointing. For the price I paid, I expected much better. I will not be returning and would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing or enjoyable stay.

The room was much smaller than I thought and not as clean as it needed to be. The maintenance was lacking, with broken fixtures and an air conditioning unit that didn’t work well, making it hard to sleep. There were also a few power outages during the night, and the inverter was not working. Overall, my stay was very disappointing. Given the price I paid, I expected a lot more. I won’t be coming back and wouldn’t suggest this hotel to anyone wanting a relaxing or pleasant experience.

I booked Hotel comfy Capetown in November 2024, by Goibibo as it's a gostay property. But I am really disappointed to stay there. Basic facilities like bucket in bathroom, poor Cooling of AC issue, Hot water cattle missing, kit for brushing etc missing, no intercom for reception (we need to call by mobile phone), fan speed not adjustable (in one room fan getting start/stop intermittently, so finally stopped it), bathroom taps dripping and bolts broken. Hot water available in day time only, but at taps not in shower. Pros Location wise it's super. Lift working fine. When you call on mobile, they respond.

Good service and all around the hotel location. where ever you go from this hotel is easy to return because all types of transportation is available. We we suggest you one thing, that is about bathroom looking good but functioning not better. staff response is good and mainly cleaning is very very good.

Rooms are not bad affordable and near South metro overall the environment is not bad but carry mosquito repellent in evening it's hell there but good stay at affordable price place is also near ernakulam junction train station

Not recommended other ...they don't know how to talk with customers We were talking with receptionist on a topic.. she said hmare yaha aeisa hi hota h with rude attitude We stayed here because we were tired 😴
