Ascot Hotel

They charged 1200 rs for 1 day(12:00pm-11:00am), which is not that much worthy. Room was congested. Bathroom was not clean. Am not happy with chosing that hotel. When we look from outside the ambience was good and we will not expect that room was this much pathetic...in my opinion this room will costs max 700 or 800.

Don't ever book room with Ascot hotel Through online. Very pathetic experience i had today. I have booked a room 2 days back . When i have reached the hotel for checkin the room they denied my checkin and tell us they are not ready to give room through online booking and asking extra amount to conform room there. The management is very harsh and dont have any manners to deal with their customers. One of the worst experience i had in my life.

The worst hotel 🏨 ever!👎 Through Agoda we booked a deluxe room. The toilet flush was leaking. AC was leaking continuously and they kept a bucket beneath to collect the leaking water! Entire night the water tip tip sound we were hearing. Even after seeing us as a family they didn’t even show the hospitality to provide us with a good room! Never waste your money here!

basically i am from calicut, yesterday i stayed here with my wife and kid. I dont know why so much negatives reviews for this hotel, its an old building- while calling they are telling the same to everyone that they have only these type of facilities here...towel, soap, shampoo and mineral water were provided for us we got AC well maintained room, bathrooms was small with new closets.. overall my rating is 8/10😊

One of the worst hotel I’ve been stayed ever. Not cleaned and maintained. Bathroom taps are broken and water flowing the whole day. Rooms are not same as the picture shown in the property page. A tiny room with poor bed. Staffs behaviour are not mannuered. Please don’t go there, if you have money save it and try another rooms. Walkable distance to Ernakulam north railway station that is the only benefit iam seeing with this property and that is only suitable for people travelling by train

They jave shouted and asked us to go immediately from the hotel. One of the worst experience i had in my life.

I stayed here for one day for Rs 1000. It was bad staying here. The room was dirty the bed, the pillows and even the bath towel are not cleaned properly. It has stains and dirt in it. The Non AC room don't have any proper ventilation so it's always hot inside the room even if you turn on the fan. Along with that if you open the window for some fresh air you will get a tonne of mosquitoes instead. Don't waste your money booking a room like this. I hadn't slept the whole night due to the hotness inside the room along with the mosquitoes. Very Poor 😵‍💫
