Located near VPS Lakeshore hospital. No staff who can speak English or Malayalam, only Hindi that too very difficult for them to understand. Rooms are good, but bathrooms are always blocked which never gets cleared. We stayed there for 4 days but condition was still the same. AC filter is blocked but they do not service it even if you tell them. Unresponsive assistance. Rooms cost about 1.2k, which is not worth it.

This hotel is great. There are nice spacious rooms, with large beds and a decent toilet. The hotel has a slow 2 Mbps WiFi, and my room's ac was leaking, but they fixed it fast. Other then that I have no issues with this hotel. Also, parking is a little hard as they do not have a space. You'll need to park outside on the road. The lift is quite small, but the room service is good. Overall, I'm impressed and happy with the place - especially for the price. Go for it!

This is kind of suit which is suitable for hospital patients and their attenders. Cost is too high compared with good hotels. By mistake I booked it thru online after seen the room I requested them to make my check out from 3 nights to 1 night. Since unknown person often book here. So they have not accepted my request and asked me to pay additional one day charge without staying there. Coming back to the facilities, no clean toilet, smelly, it is mainly because of no ventilation. Also night time which is not safe to walk to the property better go with cab/ taxi and get down exactly in the location. No daily cleaning even o requested them but they have denied it. Booking inclusive of breakfast bit there is no such option at all. Near by no good restaurants no facilities. Good thing is taxi you can get easily since near by hospital is there. Pictures are streched one so rooms may look bigger. Reality too bad. May be of low price then okay. For their price it is worthless. Water pressure inside the bathroom is horrible. It is really screwed me up. Bathroom pictures given here for reference. While bathing water blocks also lot of cockroach eggs on the walls not cleaned fully.

Room: We stayed in a suite room, that included 2 bedrooms with attached washrooms (they have a shower but no bathrub), a hall and an open kitchen with a fridge, freezer and stove. The place was clean and maintained decently, but had ants (and a rat at one point). They have housekeeping daily, but are not very thorough with the cleaning unless instructed. The rooms were airconditioned. Food and Beverage: There's no on-site restaurant, and the free included breakfast was brought in from a restaurant a short distance away. Amenities: They have a laundry and ironing service. Washroom amenities were provided but not refreshed unless told. Electric outages happened frequently due to rain but they have a backup generator. Free WiFi is available. An elevator is available as well. Location: A 5 minute walk from VPS Lakeshore Hospital, which made it very easy to visit for daily treatments. Overall: A decent place to stay if you wish to live near the hospital for a week or two.

Hotel rooms are good. Price is reasonable. Service is ok. No in house restaurant. TV and Settop box has only free to air channels. The attendants may avoid giving daily bathroom accessories to save money. Will not give wifi passwords unless asked. Otherwise helpful staff with constant instructions. Upsides are great location on the highway, at the walking distance from Lakeshore Hospital, comfortable rooms, sufficient basic service.

Worst of all hotels ever. Staff there are unable to communicate properly and they fail to give information on no availability of basic need such as tea coffee. They say that guest can make their own but fail to give information to guests. We had free breakfast included but they provide only one option for that and said coffee tea is finished. We called for customer care they say that you should read rules on website. Very unfriendly support. They say you should read but their staff doesn't give any information.

I gave 1 star for bathroom only. Room is very small. Hotel is located just near a highway. Whole night you have to sleep hearing noise. More importantly, they do not provide Tea Coffee which is important for any customer who is travelling. Smoking smell is throught the reception. This is the worst Hotel I have ever checked-in. I will not recommend it to anyone ever.

Even though we were having booking with late check-in, room was not kept ( we arrived late in morning). Allotted room at last minute was too small. Bathroom were without hot water and this hotel does not have restaurant. Later they shifted us to another hotel of their chain, CMK habitats.
