Abad Plaza Hotel, MG Road, Cochin

Stayed for one day with two rooms for my family (wife and parents). While the hotel has a slightly old-fashioned style, it is spacious and ideal for a family stay. The housekeeping service was exceptional—friendly, professional, and attentive. My family and I were thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness and care provided. The reception staff was also friendly and supportive. However, parking facilities need improvement. I faced challenges parking my Toyota Hycross, and some security personnel seemed indifferent to whether we were hotel guests. The breakfast was great, and we enjoyed all the options. A suggestion for the management: please add more staff at the egg counter to manage orders, as I noticed some frustration in that area. A humble request to prioritize parking spaces for hotel guests. Overall, a good choice, and I’m happy with my stay

We stayed at Abad plaza with our family. Rooms (including bathroom) were very clean and all necessary amenities were available. Complimentary breakfast spread was very nice awesome with excellent taste. Their Spa was very good. Doctor was very helpful and suggests good therapy. Lijo did the full body spa treatment, he was very friendly, excellent service and felt relaxed and rejuvenated after the session.

MG Road are the attraction of the city in any town and this property is right at its central spot. The distance of more than 500 meters to the metro stations on either sides is a disadvantage but still manageable. Centro mall is just at the next wall, plenty of shopping areas all around and good in-house restaurant all makes it the choicest.

Abad Plaza Hotel, situated in the heart of MG Road, Ernakulam, exceeded expectations during our recent AGM. The banquet facilities provided were outstanding, with a special mention for the flawless audio system that ensured a smooth and professional event. The buffet lunch was a highlight, offering an authentic and diverse spread that earned unanimous appreciation from everyone in attendance. It was indeed a great experience to stay with Abad Plaza Kochi. The location is perfect and the atmosphere is very nice. Highly recommended for Family stay. The breakfast buffet was a nice spread with varieties of cuisines, be it continental or south Indian or North Indian. Regarding the stay it was very comfortable, rooms were clean and hygienic. Centralized AC system was perfect. The bathrooms were well maintained. Just that the side tables and cupboard doors need to be a bit fixed. Rest all was amazing. Special thanks to Mr Jithu and the team Reception who has been very helpful. The best part was they follow up for any issues reported till its resolved. That's nice. They made us arrangements in their Munnar Location also which is equally nice. I stayed with my family for more than a week in both or their properties and it was indeed a great experience. 3 star hotel with smooth checkin facility. Check in time is around 2pm and check out 11am. However, upon request they entertained us 2 hours before check in time. That was super pleasing. This hotel is centrally located and near to Maharaja Metro Station. Rooms are spacious and big with complimentary tea, coffee and mineral water. Free wifi, parking and complimentary breakfast is also provided. Laundry services are also provided at a cost. Much recommended for business or personal stay.

Amazing rooms ,great location , excellent food ,however the front office and the gate keepers focus more on Foreign customer than any Indians. We had to wait in your car for while and then ask the front office to deboard our luggages,while they sit reluctantly at the lobby.

It's a best hotel in cochin. Rooms are bigger, clean and tidy.(included bathroom). Room service is very good. Staffs are very friendly. Food was all very good. All services are very good.
