Extremely disappointing experience. The listing mentioned a king-size bed, but the bed provided was very small. The bedsheet and bathroom were in terrible condition, and the room itself was quite dirty. There was no hot water, and even the TV was not working. Definitely not worth the money, you can easily find much better options for the same price.

I stayed in room no 403.i had bad experience during my stay.The room was poorly maintained.cleanliness was below standard.The bathroom was not hyginic.there is no staff in reception at any time. There is no curtains in the rooms.Bedsheet and duvet cover is not cleaned .it was a not comfortable stay.

Such a bad experience. Was completely dirty. One room didn't have curtains and they hung a cloth on that window. Elevator was not working. That building has a lot of appartments and most of them were on revenue recovery. We were the only guest in that whole building I think. Bathrooms smells urine. We didn't stayed there after seeing this. We find some other hotel and moved. Only good thing was they refunded the price as we booked online and payed in advance.

We stayed in room no. 201, a 2BHK rooms, attached bathrooms, a hall, a small kitchen, and a small balcony. It is located about 1 km from the temple. The rooms were well-maintained and equipped with AC. **Issues:** The bathroom had a smell, and the flush in one of the washrooms wasn’t working properly. The lift was working intermittently. The receptionist was not available 24/7 but could be reached by phone. He was helpful in arranging autos as well.

Never ever stay in this property. I had a terrible experience. We stayed in the two-bed room apartment from November 26 to 30. Contrary to the owner's claims and photograph, we were shocked to see the reality. The room was poorly equipped with no dining table as shown in the picture. The entire premises is uncovered without any gate...i was the only guest with family to stay in the entire building. No guard for security while in the name of staff, only an Assami couple and a manager. Though the three were very courteous. The owner avoided to face the guest. Without any facility, charged Rs 4000 per day. Horrible!

There is nothing in it to call it as a luxury apartment. It's just an apartment with no security, only few car parking and no facilities. You should be lucky enough to get hot water in the bathroom during early morning hours. Don't get surprised if you are finding no batteries in the AC remotes, muddy water in the bathroom flush and a lock less balcony doors. To sort out all your problems, there is a so called staff and your luck percentage should be higher enough to find him. Just trust the google map to find the exact distance to temple as the owner's distance calculation formula is quite different and he might say it's just 100 metres. Still I am wondering why it is mentioned as a luxury apartment. 🤔

Pls do not opt for this hotel.. They will cheat you.. I booked this hotel a month ago and today morning I arrived with my entire family of 6 members and a one year old small baby. I have booked for 2BHK Appartment. When I arrived they said I have booked only 1BHK and then showed booking proof and then they are saying no rooms available.. Imagine you travel from Chennai all the way and you reach hotel and they say no rooms available.. Don't book here and waste your time...Dont lie .. I have booked it two months before and checked with you for early check in and check out... You had agreed to it I have prof of whatsapp chat that you had done.. No one is misleading.. Dont book here

2 stars for the type of room and 2BHK concept. 2*1BHK was booked but they have allotted me a 2BHK(with my approval only) which shows that there is no one to manage the show properly. no generator facility. If anyone is visiting during the period March to October try to avoid this as there might be chance of power cut during monsoon and summer. you won't be able to sleep/take rest properly in this case We forgot to take one pair of dress from the hotel while check out the 1st blame the owner did on the second guest who just checked in(same room) next to us. Anyway we didn't get that dress back. no nearby restaurants (swiggy and Zomato only) nearest restaurant is around 20-250m away.
