I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was in a terrible state — dirty and clearly not cleaned properly before our arrival. To make matters worse, water was leaking from the air conditioner, creating a mess and making the stay even more uncomfortable. Outside the room, there were empty liquor bottles lying around, which gave the whole place an unsafe and unwelcoming vibe. Overall, this hotel did not meet even the most basic standards of cleanliness and maintenance. I would not recommend staying here.

The room was not worth the price We asked for double bedded rooms but they gave us a single bedded room. We took AC rooms and they didn't even care to switch on the AC for us. The rooms had no dustbin to dispose of waste. They charged us 4800 for two rooms just for a day with no stay over. Really disappointed with their service.

Very dirty and small rooms. Hot water facility not working sometimes...if you want a bad experience of staying in a hotel,then I would recommend this hotel

I want to give zero star for this hotel.. since there is no option for this.. I'm opting for one. When I inquired for room availability over phone.. they were urging us to pay advance first.. They are not genuine.. Don't go for it

* They charge you 1000 Rs for Non AC rooms and 1500 Rs for AC rooms.I took the Non AC room.The room is very small and not well maintained.The bathroom fixtures are in a bad condition and not very clean. * The staff at the reception is unprofessional and rude.They don't even provide you with the towels and bedsheets for the Money​ you pay.Here towels and bedsheets are only provided for AC rooms.So good luck staying there if you are in a Non AC room as you have to fight mosquitoes all night.I had to fight with the guy in the reception to provide me with another room as the front door of my room had a hole. * The lackluster attitude of the hotel management is due to the fact that the hotel is situated very near to the Guruvayur Temple and so they will get business anyhow even though they have very bad quality rooms and service​ as thousands of people come everyday to visit the temple. * CONCLUSION There is not a single reason worth staying in this hotel. It's just not worth the money you spend. There are plenty of hotels nearby which provide good service and quality rooms for a lower price.

The experience was fine. The staff is really supportive and cooperative. In my opinion, the room's comfort feature and facilities could use some improvement.

Great location. Friendly staff. Economic. No lift. Odd but clean rooms. Single cheap fleece blanket on Double bed.

The space is located nearby the multi level parking which is near to temple. The service and rooms were good and neat
