Hotel Harivaram Yuga - South Nada, Near to Guruvayoor Temple

Horrible Experience – Ruined My Brother’s Wedding Day! I cannot stress enough how terrible our experience was at this hotel. We booked the venue for my brother’s wedding, and the service we received was absolutely unacceptable. The function hall was poorly managed, the food served was of bad quality, and the entire event was a nightmare due to the incompetence of the staff. To make matters worse, the hotel staff were rude and unhelpful throughout the entire event. They made an already stressful day even worse by mishandling simple requests. The food was served late, and when it did arrive, it was cold and tasteless, completely ruining the dining experience for our guests. For the amount of money we paid, the quality and service were atrocious. I was so stressed that my blood pressure skyrocketed on what was supposed to be a happy occasion. This hotel has left such a terrible mark on what should have been a joyful day. I can’t forget how badly everything was handled, and I plan to leave this review every month because of how much it affected us. If you’re considering this venue for any event or stay, please reconsider. The experience was so awful, I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through what we did. This place is not worth the money or stress. Avoid at all costs!

Pros - Rooms are clean and well maintained. Place is very near to the temple. Staff are courteous and patient Cons - Rooms are tiny and really cramped. Non Malayali staff seems clueless and turnaround time is poor. Restaurant is so so and could definitely improve.

Rooms are neat but very conjusted which is not at all worthy for what they charge. Service is very bad in both rooms as-well as at restaurant. No basic things like dental kits tissues soap were provided in room , for each n everything we should call the reception n request. It was maiden stay with my family here but not at all satisfied with their service rooms and restaurant.

Overall experience was average. Rooms are very conjusted. We didn't get breakfast because of some issue in between the staff. Air conditioning also had some problems. Service can be improved

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Harivaram and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with elegant decor and a welcoming ambiance that made me feel right at home the moment I walked in. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, thanks to the friendly and professional staff. My room was immaculate, spacious, and well-appointed with all the amenities I could need. The bed was comfortable, ensuring I had a restful night's sleep every night. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's dining options. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious, with a wide variety of choices to suit all tastes. I also had dinner at the hotel restaurant, and the food was superb, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the exceptional service. Every member of the staff I encountered went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were always ready with a smile and eager to assist with any requests. We look forward to returning on my next visit for the darshan of my dearest Guruvayoorappan!

I've already stayed more than five times at the Harivaaram Yuga. Location is great, near to South side of Guruvayoor temple (Just 2 minutes walkable distance). Clean rooms, fresh linens, spotless bathrooms, and well-maintained public areas enhance my comfort, making me more likely to have a pleasant stay. Good employees are enthusiastic and positive, and they are a pleasure to be around and also punctual, respectful and they follow through on commitments. Traditional Kerala breakfast and Continental breakfast are available i.e; Dosa, Idli, Bread/toast, butter, Fruit juice, fresh cut fruits.. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very pathetic experience been years coming to guruvayoor and stayed at many different hotels but this kind of an experience at first. They claim it to be 4 star property and thats how we ended up booking here. We stayed here for 2 nights at the end of first day stay the AC had some complaint upon raising the conplaint to the front office they shifted us to another room and on the of check out they said the room was upgraded but i did not notice any upgraded feauters in their room and all there category rooms have all queen size beds . So its a fraud please do not end up yourself in booking at this property. They do not have even a proper parking. I ended up booking this property without ant third party application so i will have to blame for myself but anyone else looking into this property please be cautious

Such a worst Experience .. Hotel management never given proper information if u booked for event .. Front Office is such worst experience .. very low class food. Congested rooms with premium prices. Many other good options available near by for the price they charge..300 for Meal and 50 - 70 k for auditorium is simple cheating with false ads..
