Sree Gokulam Sabari Guruvayur

Could not even give one star! But have to give at least one star for my review to be posted !This is not what one expects of Gokulam Group. Starting with Reception area, dusty and hot. Staff seem inexperienced. Went to our room, bedsheet had multiple stains of different colors. Bath towel provided had threads coming off it and musty odor. Please do not eat at the restaurant downstairs is all I can say. Don’t know how this hotel has a three star rating!!!!

My review relates only to their restaurant Nivedyam. Went there since parking spaces are available on premises. But service levels in the restaurant were quite poor; the service person appeared to be sleepy or still on hangover as he seemed quite lethargic. Asked for hot water & got boiling water instead, scalding my lips and tongue. Serves me right for asking! Food was tasty but came late. The guy was sooo inattentive & negative that I personally had to go searching for him & request if he could please issue a bill. So that I could leave the place asap. I avoided the tea/ coffee since it would have meant more requests for service. I think this guy believed that the customer was there because of HIM rather than the other way round. Shame! Will avoid the place in future only cos of poor attitude n service

We had marriage functions arranged in Sree Gokulam Sabari at Guruvayur. It was  attended by around 350-400 guests. Our family with elders, kids and babies had an excellent stay in the Gokulam Sabari, located in outer ring road near East Nada. The function was colourful in beautiful auditorium, with delicious food served by excellent in-house catering team. The staffs are all well behaved and helpful. Our stay was very pleasant in the rooms that are spacious and hygienic. The tasty food service at the attached restaurant also is hygienic and clean. Mr Vineeth, Mr Gopinathan, Mr Abhilash, Mr Krishnaprasad, Mr Viswaprakash, Mr Jidhu and their full team of colleagues were all very friendly. Thanks and Best Wishes to every one of their teams.

Amazing stay near Guruvayoor temple! The hotel is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located just a short walk from the temple. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our experience even more memorable. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

Location is very near to temple it is in walkable distance (300 mtr). Rooms & bathrooms was super clean and neat. Price was also affordable. Enough parking space. It seems family friendly hotel

Very nice hotel with clean and neat room. Basic amenities are attached in the room. Enough parking area, Room service is available. Walkable distance to temple. For elders, they will arrange autos as a help.

Being near to temple it was a very convinient stay. We opted for an early check in . However at the reception early check in was denied and they have also asked for early check in confirmation message via make my trip . We haven’t received any such message . Travelling after a long journey we wanted to get fresh and have lunch . After speaking a while we got our check in early . Doubt is on early check in option we trusted and opted in case of emergency. Also from hotel reception counter we had a very bad experience from the manager sitting at the counter , there is no politeness to the customers . Being a regular travel persons and stayed in several star hotels even such a guy we never seen . Good behaviour to customer to be maintained . Other cleaning staffs /securities provided a very good services. Food was average only and mosquitoes at room was difficult n d stay .

This was our second experience staying there in gokulam sabari.we booked again and went there as we had good stay and food and cleanliness last time.but this time very bad cleanliness and the bedsheets were very very poorly maintained and not washed properly and.also.the bathrooms had very very foul smell totally waste of money and time.the good thing was the meals provided.
