Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay. Just 5 minutes away from Guruvayoor temple.

I recently had the opportunity to visit the temple with my family and chose to stay at this apartment based on the reviews, particularly for its supposed cleanliness. I booked two rooms, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. 1) The towels provided were not clean, the white towels appeared visibly dirty. 2) The bathrooms were not properly cleaned. 3) The room had a mosquito problem. Upon raising this issue, the staff provided a mosquito-killing device. 4) The TV in one of the rooms was not working. The breakfast selection could be improved, and the teacups were not clean. The only positive aspect of this stay was the apartment’s proximity to the Mammiyoor temple. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet my expectations.

Lukewarm welcome - The person at reception didn't show any interest in receiving us. Looked like they were not expecting us as we checked in a bit late. They couldn't retrieve our booking details for some time even after sharing the name and Goibibo booking id. Average Rooms - Rooms with dust on the wall, moldy smell in the room, Unclean linen, No hot water despite complaining - the solution offered was to open the tap and wait till hot water comes. Service - was okay. We stayed only for a night so can't comment. Location - About 800 meters from the temple. Though walkable you might need an Auto/Cab if it's raining. The security guard was helpful in getting one. Overall an average stay.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was neat and well-maintained, and the service was excellent. The staff was ready to assist, making the experience even better. Everything was well-organized and comfortable. The only small suggestion would be to consider a more flexible check-in and check-out time for added convenience. Overall, a great stay, and I would definitely recommend it

I regret to say that we had a very bad experience. We expected at least basic cleanliness, but there was dust everywhere in the room and the toilet is smelly. We stayed here for the purpose of visiting the temple. It seems like the same bed sheets were just reused. The hot water was barely available and seemed to be just for namesake. If the company truly wants to improve the quality of this facility, please maintain the rooms properly and conduct a deep cleaning. Please take this review seriously and address the issues mentioned.

Amazing Staff, very cooperative and understanding. Everything was handled very smoothly from check-in to Checkout for all our 50+ guests. Highly recommended.

I had booked a total of 15 rooms including 5 Deluxe rooms, they had given me 10 normal rooms and two family rooms instead of deluxe rooms. The cost of staying is high, no complementary breakfast and there are a lot of restrictions. They said that we should not have outside food in the room as it creates odour after paying 2500 per room and they don't have any inbuilt restaurant too. The breakfast area is on the fifth floor but we should clean the things after having our food. Highly not recommended. In one of our rooms, the ac remote wasn't working.
