First and foremost I would like to thank Mr. Suresh the owner of this property for giving us a such a great hospitality at his place. He is such a kind and humble gentleman. He is very caring and supportive at all times when necessary. Talking about the property is very much in the centre of the city . And the rooms are quite decent neat and clean it’s just a value for money. It’s a pretty decent place for family and solo travellers. Thank You

"Wonderful and Kid-Friendly Homestay Experience" We had a fantastic stay at this homestay! The host is an incredibly kind and welcoming person, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. It was also very kid-friendly—our children had a great time and enjoyed every moment. The atmosphere was warm and comfortable, and the host went out of their way to ensure everyone, including the kids, was happy and entertained. The homestay had all the amenities we needed, and it truly felt like staying with family. We highly recommend this place to anyone, especially families.

The homestay is good with all the required amenities. It is value for money too. The homestay too is at city center and just a kilometer away from bus stand. The owner is courteous and friendly.

The house is very badly positioned. You neither enjoy beach nor the city if you stay here. Room charge is too high with respect to offered quality and service. The lighting conditions are bad, the water bottle isn't even new one. You need to walk so much to find a restaurant from this place. You get nothing to eat here and no place to buy eateries nearby. The owner is too proud of his financial condition and has a high sense of setting room price higher or lower based on the guest's financial condition. He even does not hesitate to say it on face if he feels that the guest is economically weak. The owner is half-educated who analyses a person based on his dress and visual appearance. This guy sets false online tariff to attract people to his location. Once you reach there, you are far away from good hotels. Then this guy raises his room price and starts his game. Staying here is a loss of mental piece and time. Please do not destroy your vacation at Kannur staying here. Even do not suggest this place to your enemies.

Rooms are very good and neat..host is very friendly. It has working facilities like AC, Geaser, Tea maker, dining hall, leaving..I liked the ambience very much...Please do visit this Place .

Nice and spacious rooms, you need to travel for 1km for lunch, breakfast, dinner or to any stores.
