Good hotel with decent facilities and service. Restaurant food was good. Lift is available. Parking is also there in adjacent ground behind hotel building. No traffic sound even though right on the main road. Walkable distance to railway station

Room was not cleaned. I booked A/C double bedroom and the room was too small and the bed also. I asked why bed is small, they said it is king size bed. I hope they need to get an difference between king size and double bed. And toiletries where given only on demand.

The hotel is located along the main road and can be reached easily. The rooms were good and the service too was impressive. They have a restaurant and decent car parking as well. We had a wonderful experience.

I and my 3 friends went there for having lunner and ordered fish items. The fish was not fresh and not higiene. Then the same time the other people also were saying the same thing. Please resolve it thank you

Malabar Residency is probably the best hotel in Kannur . Just 3 minutes from Kannur Railway station . We had a pleasant stay with family . A special thanks to Mr Shaji who was extremely helpful and made our stay worthwhile . A must visit for everyone . Clean Neat and well managed property

I had a wonderful stay at Malabar Residency. Although we checked in at 9PM, the service was prompt and polite. The restaurant was about to close, and they still allowed us to order room service.. the food was good and tasty, but less in quantity. Rooms are clean, spacious and tastefully done and the bathroom was large and clean as well. The air conditioning was centralized, which was nice! The bed was extremely comfortable. The buffet breakfast was decent. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
