Hotel Name: Hotel Green Park Residency Location: Kannur Review: I had a horrible experience staying at Hotel Green Park Residency. It was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The staff members were arrogant and unpleasant. The air-conditioned room provided was extremely dirty and unhygienic. The hot water facility was not available. Room service was very poor, and no one attended to our needs. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was unwelcoming. The staff's behavior was unprofessional, and their reactions were horrible. The hotel's rates were high, but the services provided were extremely poor. I would not recommend Hotel Green Park Residency to anyone. Rating: 1/5 Date of Stay: 29th November 2024 to 1st December morning

A group of 26 people booked for two days. Very near to railway station.no pick up service. Narrow lift. Dangerous staircase. A.C SETTINGS PRE FIXED, NO HOT WATER FACILITY. HOT WATER Supplied IN SEPERATE BUCKET ON DEMAND. STAFF ARE NOT AT ALL PROFESSIONALS. RESTAURENT SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE. NOT RECOMMENDED

Worst experience in recent hotel stays.🤧👎🏻 Rooms and items are not clean properly. Dust accumulate in most of the area.😤 Booked Executive room and the given executive room is worse than ordinary room😠. Most irritating part is, Room wifi having no internet access and they are not fixing it on the second day also 😡🤬. Room service cordination and reception guys are very poor in profession. Dont know how they treating the customer like this🥹. Wont opt this hotel in future. Thanks to the hotel management. 🙏🏻✌🏻🤬

Very bad service at this hotel. Ac not working properly, rooms are smelling like it's been closed for years. Not worthy for the money charges are too much according to the service. No hot water available for the bath.

Rooms not at a maintained properly. No remote for AC. It seems AC temperature is set and hence no remote is given. Linens provided is very dirty. No hot water in bathroom. While check in receptionist said hot water is available but was not there. Even water was not coming in bathroom main tap. TV remote was not available and when asked, they said the remote of TV is damaged and no spare remote suitable for this TV is available. Full tariff is collected while check in and hence forcibly we have to stay. No kettle is provided in rooms. Ofcourse, breakfast is complimentary and food taste is good. Not worth the amount they charge.

In My room Flush was not properly closing. Tapes in bath room was in choked condition. I adjusted in next room. Food was good.

Very bad room. Full of dust in the room. At this price this hotel is not at all a good choice. No hot water available in the bathroom. No wifi . Very bad pillows and bedsheets. Never ever recommending this to anyone.
