I had a great experience there. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Especially one lady named Teena. She was there with her pleasant smile and helpful nature. Really made us feel at home by her hospitality. Great rooms, neat and well maintained. Easily accessible from railway station. Public and private transportation easily available. It is in the very centre of Kannur town. But atmosphere was really peaceful. I highly recommend👍

Those staff were super rude. We booked a room for a day, and then we checked out almost two hours late. They wanted to charge us for another day, and they didn't even give us a heads-up.

Teena Front office staff helped me for the check in and he guided through out my stay. And was available at call whenever required. All over it was a fine stay at Malabar Residency. Rooms were clean.

Please find a better hotel than staying in these garbage hotel. I stayed here on 12th May 2025 got complimentary water on that day. Next day that is on 13th May 2025 when I asked for complimentary water bottles they said u need to stay back then only we will give. I am typing this message on 9:03 AM my checkout is at 12:00 PM.Even denying a basic complimentary water bottle to the customer is absolute derogatory and insulting never faced this any other hotels. Even their housekeeping staff is pathetic after calling multiple they will bring the items what we requested.Now u decide after reading this do u want to stay in those hotel or not. Better spend ur hard earned money to the hotel that offer a better service and treat u like a king & queen.

The rooms were spacious and clean. Good service by Ms. Tina. Had a very pleasant stay. Great option for travelling with family.

Room was well maintain, really suitable for 2 adults & 2 kids. overall service was pleasant ❤️ They also have laundry service inhouse

The place is easily accessible with alot of shops near it the rooms are cosy and the security is good the food is okay but the staff are really polite especially a member of staff named Tina. The beds are soft the AC can get very cold and the bathrooms are clean
