1. **Disappointed with Service** Paid for the breakfast attitude was unprofessional and unpleasant. Felt like they treated me as if I wasn't a paying customer. 2. **Poor Customer Interaction** The team behaved as if breakfast was complimentary, ignoring the fact that it was paid. Their unhelpful attitude was very frustrating. 3. **Unacceptable Behavior** It’s irritating to deal with staff who make you feel undervalued despite paying for the meal. The breakfast experience was far from enjoyable. 4. **Bad First Impression** Morning breakfast was spoiled due to the rude and dismissive attitude of the staff. Paying customers deserve basic respect. 5. **Need for Improvement** The breakfast itself was okay, but the team's behavior ruined the experience. They need to recognize the efforts customers make to pay for services.

Hands down the nastiest hotel and place i have ever been. Thw smell is unbearable. The pillows and sheets have stans all over. They have wifi but no internet i had to change to swite because almost thrw up from the normal room. In the swite i didnt touch the sheets either i wouldnt touch them with a stick. I had to sleep on top of a towel i brought from home. Hands down the dirties nastiest place i have ever been in my life. How do these people even dare run a hotel with sheets and pillows and walls and floors that reek. Completely shameful. AVOID.

My recent stay was disappointing. The towels provided were inadequate, and the bedsheets were not clean, which affected the overall comfort. Additionally, I accidentally left my t-shirt in the room, but the staff informed me that nothing was found, which was quite disheartening. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations in terms of hygiene and service

Pathetic rooms combined with terrible service and not worth the money they charge. You can find better places to stay in Kannur. Just ignore this hotel for all good reasons. Don't ruin your happy holidays/ official getaway.

I had one of the worst experience with this hotel. The staffs are very unwelcoming and irresponsible. The rooms are poirly maintain and unclean. The bucket in the bathroom was broken and the staffs were unbothered to take any action even after reporting it. A bottle of water was charged an extra of 10 rupees above the mrp. Not at all worth the money.

Very bad experience. The room is very substandard, - inside heavy dampness, no hot water ( only served in bucket limited). Promised for extra cot and mattress. With several request, provided mattress with torned bedsheet. Please avoid this hotel, serivce poor and people rude too.

Very bad experience from the staff. Price is very high .Given room was not cleaned with dust and spider webs. Cannot see this with the yellow light in the room. If anyone like to stay here please ensure the cleanliness.

Its a budget friendly hotel. Stayed overnight. Lot of mosquitos inside the room. Though a mosquitos mat was provided, the room still needs proper cleaning and maintenance. Early morning, there was no water in the bathroom and it took some time to finally get some water for bathing. Breakfast was cold even at 8 AM. Overall ok just for a night. Close to Railway station and temple.
