A decent place to stay with minor inconveniences. Stayed at this hotel for a night in their AC room in October 2024. Based on my experience, positives include (1) Smooth check-in (2) Nice room with a proper working window air conditioner (3) Small yet functional washroom layout (4) We noticed an ashtray in the room. Yet the room was perfect without any smell of smoke However i noticed a few issues that could be improved (1) The spring mattress is not firm. Woke up with a back ache. (2) Bed switch - Positioned a bit far from the bed. Need to stretch to reach the switch which adds to the back pain. (3) WiFi - We were not able to access their WiFi during the entire 24 Hours stay and even after checking with reception it was not available (4) The bath towel started stinking on getting wet. Probably because of their laundry. (5) Hot water in shower was available when we checked in. But next day morning, there was no hot water available. (6) A box of facial tissues in the room would have been a nice touch. (7) Food - The hotel has no restaurant and we can order food from a restaurant nearby. The menu was available in the room itself. We checked in around 1230 Hrs and since we had to meet someone within an hour, we ordered our food from the menu available in the room. We were promised food delivery in 20 Minutes. We called them after 27 Minutes and was informed that the delivery should be there anytime. After another 18 Minutes, we called to check the status and the first attempt received a busy tone. Second attempt kept on ringing with no response. We decided to cancel the food order as were getting late for an appointment. When we reached the reception, the food arrived after almost 50 minutes. We asked them to cancel the order and left for the meeting Overall a decent stay..

Had booked hotel in advance and informed we shall need extra beds. When we reached hotel the person is saying Extra beds not available and bed sheets also not available adjust till morning when we asked okay atleast provide us extra room we will pay the charges they reception denied and left us stranded at 3am morning.

Two month before l stayed there.. I liked too much..good service and goood room.bath room is very very clean. Staffs are very friendly..... It nearest Bus stand and easy to come rooms...

A very bad experience with the service and cleanliness Room service was not available Bedsheets and blankets were smelling badly. No hot water. Thou we were told that 24 hours hot water availability is there. A lot of mosquitoes in the room. Not worth the price.

Stayed there for 2 nights and 3 days. Clean rooms. We reserved a non-AC room. Don't know about other rooms, but the one we got had a renovated bathroom - new and clean. It seems a major renovation work has happened there. Even the paint on the wall appeared to be new. Do not expect anything luxurious; but the stay will be comfortable. The location is near the new bus stand. Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian restaurants are nearby.

Rooms are very neat n clean... 1300/-- was the amount charged for 24hrs for a double bedroom...

Bad service... Behaviour of some staff is not good, showing arrogance. Also the tv was not working and no response for our complaint. Just said the tv is damaged.
