GREEN VALLEY RESIDENCY

It is located in kattapana. It is so budget friendly hotel for stay. Rooms were so clean and spacious. Good hospitality and room service. They provide hot water facility. Bathroom is so neat. Very safe to stay here. Ac and non ac rooms are available. No free food they provide. It is located on main road so we can access nearby places and food spots easily. There the temperature is good but no views from room.

Very bad service.Here the generator is not working. When I asked Greenvalley's owner when the power went out, he said that he could turn on the generator until 10 o'clock if needed. I have taken rooms in many places but this is the first time to experience something like this. 👎👎👎

Rooms were simply awesome and budget friendly. Rooms and restrooms are near and clean . Only disadvantage they don't have lift . Simply awesome experience within budget!!

Negatives - Rooms are ok not too good (average) Eletronics some how working No high expectations After 8o clock no hotels avilable Positives - Good vibe Always clean No bad smells Good weather Good bathdoom and toilet

Nice place in the heart of Kattapana.. Reasonably priced.. Clean and neat rooms.. Good service.. Owners are rocking and easily approachable.. Special mention to the customer relations head Shambhu..
