I had a comfortable stay at Ginger Hotel during my business trip. The room was clean and well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a long day. The food was delicious, offering a variety of options that catered to all my needs. I would especially like to mention Vishnu and his team at the restaurant—they were incredibly pleasant and energetic, always ensuring excellent service. Their attentiveness and positive attitude made the dining experience truly enjoyable. Overall, a great experience with wonderful hospitality. I highly recommend it for both business and leisure stays.

I recently stayed at Ginger Hotel Trivandrum, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. However, I was disappointed to find that no toiletries were provided, which is something I would expect at this price point. On the brighter side, the restaurant and breakfast were excellent! The food quality was great, and the warm hospitality of the staff made the experience even better. Special mention to Mr. Vishnu from the restaurant section—his welcoming attitude and attention to detail truly stood out and made dining a delightful experience. I’d recommend this hotel for its cleanliness and exceptional service at the restaurant, but it would be great if they could improve on the in-room amenities.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

1. Overpriced 2. Service delays 3. I have checked in 29-Dec-2024, initially they gave keys of already occupied room. This has cause me and my friend’s family along with a kid to stand and wait for 1 hour in midnight 12:00PM for an hour. 4. Location is the only positive thing. 5. Quality of towels also was bad 6. Minimal breakfast buffet. No one to guide or help.

Rooms were okay, lights flickered when too many things were turned on and no toiletries (save for shampoo and shower gel) were available. Food was good and service was on point. Overall a good hotel

The hotel's proximity to Technopark is a plus, but its room rates seemed overpriced considering the size and amenities offered. At this price, lack of complimentary breakfast was an additional disappointment. Although there was ample parking, covered parking would have been a valuable feature. Overall, our stay was average, and there's room for improvement in several areas

My friends and I recently stayed at the Ginger hotel in Technopark last week, which left us with mixed feelings. While its proximity to Technopark was a significant advantage, the rooms felt overpriced and cramped. And no complimentary breakfast and need to pay extra, even we booked this overpriced rooms. Initially, we were disappointed to find that basic toiletries were not provided, but fortunately, the staff promptly addressed this issue after we brought it to their attention. On the positive side, the rooms were well-maintained and clean. Overall, it's an average experience, with location being the primary selling point.
