The entry to the hotel looks shady. The service was horrible. Arriving at 3 AM, I was given a set of cryptic directions to find my way to the room allotted. The hallways were not lit. Rooms were good though with a small balcony also attached. It also had a common area for every five rooms with a living area and a small kitchen. The kitchen, however looked like it had not been used recently and required maintanence. The fridge within the kitchen was dirty and wasn't switched on. Overall, it looked like a hotel past it's prime. It's situated directly opposite Lulu mall and close to Edappally metro station.

We recently hosted a Xmas get together at the banquet hall in Laimar. The manager Akhil was helpful right from the start. He gave us a good package and accommodated our requests. On the day of the event the food was good and the entire team was available to handle our requirements. We were extremely happy and look forward to hosting our events with them.

The rooms are a bit old but clean. Service is exceptional. And the view from each bedroom is worth the amount we pay for. Every room has a facility of a common balcony. It's a comfortable stay even for solo female travellers.

We came to Kochi from West Africa in Jan 25. Before moving into an apartment, we chose a service apartment - Laimar. Akhil and his team went out of the way to ensure we were comfortable. Food was okay. Anything that was asked was provided within minutes whether it was towels or iron box or mosquito repellents. They went out of their way to remix the Internet for us. Really happy with them!

We recently hosted our Son's Baptism at Hotel Liamar and we were thoroughly impressed with their service. Mr. Akhil from the team really helped us a lot from the beginning. All other staffs were incredibly helpful. The venue was absolutely perfect for our event. It was spacious and well maintained. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. Our guests were delighted with the quality and taste of the meals, and the service was impeccable. The staff was attentive, prompt and professional ensuring that everything ran smoothy without any issues. Overall we really had great experience.

Great location not so great parking, rooms or food. Employees seem pleasant and great view from balcony. They charge like a star hotel but serve you like a lodge. Parking also not for beginner to moderate drivers.

The restaurant inside the hotel is highly recommended.. Tried Sea food platter. Remarkable and delicious.. Best platter .. Best taste of Sea food in edappally. Staff Jaimon provide really great service. ... Nice and friendly. Worth the price. Good Quality and quantity..
