Hotel North Seven

Stayed there with my family a few days ago, I have to say it's a pretty good hotel compared to a lot of other places I've stayed at in Ernakulam. The breakfast there was simply amazing! We had also ordered room service and the food was great. Now, the major issues we faced with this place is that the staff was a bit aloof with a few things, for example they didn't pick our luggage up when we had arrived and we had to remind them of it for them to do anything. Another thing is the bathrooms are a bit untidy and it would be nice if they put effort into cleaning it better. The rooms are very neat though. Overall, the experience was good!

One of the best hotels I have stayed recently. Very neat rooms. Excellent hospitality. Staff were very helpful and friendly. If you are looking for a good stay in the city centre it will be a perfect choice. Breakfast spread also was good. Highly recommended 💕

Recently conducted a family function there. One of the best in hospitality. Kudos to the operation manager who ensures everything as per discussion. Responsible chef who ensures the menus and its taste. Excellent floor manager who ensures seamless conduct of function throughout the event. Had a great feeling post completion of the event. Should try once

The room was small and cozy. Very neat and well maintained. The in-house food items were very tasty. We tried their pasta, chicken nuggets, fish fingers, dry hot chicken, and fried rice.. everything was simply awesome..

The service staff is not helpful at all. I had done a stay in this hotel for work purpose and they refuse to share my Hotel Stay Invoice as I did the booking through Agoda. I have been reaching out for support but none of the hotel staff has been helpful. They speak rudely and they simply ask you to connect with different people in different teams.They say it’s their Hotel Policy but as a person who has frequented multiple hotels, it’s the first time a hotel has quoted that they cannot share the invoice. Before I had booked my stay also, I had made it very clear that the Company GST needs to be in it. Cause of such incompetence, I don’t think my booking can be reimbursed and the working staff simply cut your call by stating - Sorry, It’s Company Policy. In Hotel Business, where a customer complaint or issue is not taken seriously - It simply has no future. Even if the hotel is decent, I don’t recommend it as they don’t help customers who are facing a genuine concern with the bill which is not the case in any other hotel. If someone is travelling for Business in Kochi, will not recommend this hotel at all.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed. Such a nice staff members and their services were really appreciated. The complimentary breakfast menu was really healthy and excellent. So happy with their staff and highly recommended.🎁🎁🎂🎁🎁🥰🥰💯💯💯👏👏👏👏👏👏

Cooling of the a/c was really weak. It was showing 16°c but we couldn't feel it. On top of that a/c was switching off on it's own without any timer. We have to call reception 3 times just to get a mechanic. Still the result was the same. The food was good and the location is near the north station, except this everything was a Fiasco.

Prime location, walkable distance from railway station. Clean and neat. Food is tasty. Ambience of permit room is nice
