The Grand Seasons

I strictly request not to book this hotel. Room is full of mosquitoes. Old torn bedsheets. For a 12 pm check in even at 3 pm room was not ready. So many staff members in the hotel but a very casual attitude and least bothered about improvising the services. Even intercom not working. You need to call only from mobile. Since it’s a prime location they have no interest in serving customers.And worst is all brand new photos are there on website when we check for booking. Don’t fall for the photos. Opposite to our room a pile of waste and cleaning materials were kept to welcome us every time we open the door. Very pathetic way of treating the guests. My son has developed fever today, Iam hoping it’s not dengue from the mosquitoes in this hotel. Please don’t book this hotel if you are going with kids

Have build a luxurious ambience and the staff with good behavior. The property located at a prime location at kochi. The Grand Season has the advantage of easy accessibility to the nooks and corners of Kochi that rivals none ! I had the pleasure of staying last week,though, I’ve stayed in many other hotels throughout the country ,this is one to look out for! With tasty , Veg and a new preparation or species of Seafood restaurant with Kerala favorite recipes Looking forward to stay again ! Special shout out to the staff !!

I travelled around all the major cities of India.and stayed in many hotels,but when I came to Kerala,I got an opportunity to come and stay @ Grand Seasons .one of the best hotel I stayed . Location is very good.Enough open spaces in hotel.|Rooms are clean and neat.And food as soon delicious.And their complimetaries are unimaginable.Their staffs are funtastic.very caring and loving .friendly atmosphere.when you come here, you will free in homely atmosphere and care .Even the owner of the hotel is so humble.whenever you come to Cochin, I prefer this hotel to you for comfortable stay with an affordable room price.

Affordable stay with neat rooms. Accessible to metro, bus, trains and in prime location. Good treatment from hotel staffs.
