Booked this as hotel is very close to Ernakulam station. If you want to stay then please don’t book this. The ground floor is covered with complete paper dust and filth. Don’t expect any kind of service.

Not worth Even for a single star, cleaning not adequate, lot of garbages in ground floor & steps ( including liquor bottles) by no drinking water and no water in bathrooms too, no care taker/customer desk to complain it. Even after complaining in noon, water arrived only by evening. Spoiled our whole day.

Worst experience and guest manner.. not providing water. And cleanliness of bed and bathrooms are worst..

Provision of free drinking water , ie a basic , is missing. Cleanliness of bed sheets & room walls are very low, walls are cracked too, wall plaster is damaged. Positive is it's just behind Ekm South Railway. Room space is ok. Toilet, Bed, AC, Fan are ok.
