Well maintained rooms. Very humble staff. Prompt response. It is easily accessible and is just walking distance from the railway station. Just take a left after coming out from the station. The room rent is affordable and there is a variety of rooms with a breakfast facility. Marine drive is at a walkable distance from hotel which is an added advantage. Metro station is just at the back side at 2 minutes distance.

It was a nice and comfortable stay. Staff were very helpful and polite. We were delighted to find this gem at a significantly budget-friendly price. Bonus help: They provided with a contact of a great driver (Nizam) who helped us travel to Munnar comfortably. All in all, our experience at this hotel was excellent and this should be our go to place if and when we come back to Kochi - Tapati Bhattacharya

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Its proximity to both the railway and metro stations is incredibly convenient. The property appears to be newly built and maintains a solid three-star quality. The staff and receptionists were exceptionally courteous. The only area for improvement would be the food menu. While the options provided were tasty and well-portioned, adding some local cuisine could enhance the dining experience. Despite this, I would certainly choose to stay here again on my next visit.

We had a great stay here. The rooms were clean (the bedsheets, bathroom with a window and good ventilation) and the staff were really helpful. We initially planned to stay here only 1 night but ended up staying 4. We work online so strong internet connection is a must for us - here it was good and we managed to do all our zoom meetings without any interruptions. Good location- near the train station. The breakfast is basic and not really worth it, but everything else is perfect.

**Extremely poor service** First of all, they charged 30% extra then what I initially found online. Secondly the service is extremely disgusting. For a service like normal drinking water or getting a towel, you have to wait for hours. On top of that when they finally provide you the item and you ask the service person what was the reason behind the delay , he will respond in the most rudely way and ask you to not bother him ever again. I have been to many hotels, but in such a highly priced hotel, never ever have I faced such a poor service. I recommend everyone to never choose K Grandeur.

We had a fantastic stay . Room was so good spacious , neat and clean . Staffs are really helpful. Very close to ernakulam south railway station and metro. Very convinent location Parking space available. Roof top cafe which was awesome😊 Prices are quite affordable

I frequently travel to Kerala with a halt at Ernakulam. In a long while this was the first hotel that was clean and neat. The stay was awesome. The hotel in general and the room and washroom was very neat and clean. Mr. Abraham, the night front-desk manager was pleasant and very helpful. The bell boys were also helpful and polite. The towel and pillow covers were clean and fresh. The bedsheet was a disappointment. It was slightly stained in two places and with a small tear in a corner. There was hot water available. The toiletries were bare minimum, but the cleanliness more than made up for everything.
