It's a worst hotel to live in. The building looks good from outside but rooms inside are old and untidy. No amenities or room service. The staff is rude and ill behaved. Even the owner/manager is not professional. Worst hotel to live in. Please find better hotels nearby in good prices. PS: dont go on the fake google reviews.

Best Budget Friendly Rooms. And Friendly Staffs. The ambience is Awesome. And Home like Feeling. Rooms are very neat. My First Priority In Kochi For Staying Nambiars Hotel.

A family owned and operated set up with very less support staff. Though rooms are tidy, the ACs are noisy and some rooms have damp patches with damp smell. Was told breakfast will be available from 8 am but they were unable to serve before 8.45 to 9 am. Menu is also limited. The restaurant may be good for non vegetarian lunch and dinner but overall theme does not gel well with the “heritage” tag. Parking space is also limited. Certainly not worth the money.

Excellent place to stay with in the city. Clean rooms and food was also good. Check in was smooth. Staying here since 2 years. Mr Vinod at Reception was quite helpful too.

I stayed in the hotel for 20th december . I really like the rooms and ambience of this hotel was like homely . And especially the staff are very polite and very good customer relationships also and i prefer its a best hotel for staying

Am very disappointed to make an review about this property, I had stayed here so.many times, but nowadays this property is very bad, no proper cleaning, bad smell in the rooms, Towels and bedsheets are dirty, windows are in bad condition, curtains are dirty.. Overall very Bad behavior from the receptionist Mr. VINOD, he don't know how to behave. Totally disappointed 😞

I was having a couple day stay at the Nambiars premium hotel overall the ambiance and the service was good even with reasonable rates at the center of kochin
