I’ve stayed here multiple times and every visit has been a smooth and pleasant experience. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering great value for money. They provide in-house food, which may have a limited menu, but the taste and quality are genuinely good. It’s great to have that option available when you don’t feel like stepping out. The hotel’s location is a big plus—just a few minutes’ walk from Ernakulam South Railway Station and close to the metro station too. Very convenient for travelers! What really stands out is the hospitality. I had a great experience with two front desk male staff members who were very supportive and helped us with a smooth check-in, and made us feel truly welcome. Overall, it’s a clean, budget-friendly hotel with good food and excellent service in a prime location. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Ernakulam!

I stayed for 4 days , the staff was so welcoming and warm . They gladly helped me with all my requirements. Special mention to the head chef Anil and the supporting staff in the kitchen . Always smiling and prepared whatever we asked for. The location is at walking distance to the railway station and metro (ernakulam south). There are many small eateries and snack shops nearby which are open till late . There is a mosque nearby , so everyday you will hear loudspeaker verses as well.

KC Granduer, kochi offers a very decent and a comfortable stay. The staff members are very friendly, polite and responsive. The bathroom are very clean and neat. The hotel also has a restaurant that serves fresh and tasty food. The food portions are small for good eaters so we need to order accordingly. Overall very good service.

The services provided were excellent, and I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The food was delicious and of great quality. However, I would suggest adding more TV channels for better entertainment. Overall, I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Best hotel to stay near Ernakulam Junction. Rooms are spacious and clean, very well maintained. The staff is courteous and very helpful. They have in-house restaurant also. The food is tasty and very reasonable. Special thanks to Mr Anil, the chef. He personally took care of our orders and ensured to provide good north Indian food. A big thumbs up for the hospitality. Highly recommended!! 👍

For the price, we expected the room to have a/c but I guesss not hahha. Also the card machine wasn't working two days in a row so that made things more complicated. Otherwise, room, staff, and food were great! This review is dedicated to the guy at the front desk I wish I got your name 😭,💓
